As I entered the relationship with Rosalie, we had started seeing each other more often than before. We were seeing each other almost every day, but then again, I hadn't seen Harry for a while, but I understood him, actually everyone understood him.

The only thing I hated in our relationship is that it seemed that Tom and Trixie were our only friends and they weren't even close to being my «good» friends, actually Tom once was, but definitely not anymore, however, they were Rosalie's best friends. I didn't want to fight with them so I was just enduring their company. Furthermore, Tom was kind of my friend so I had no reason to do that except that I felt anxiety.

Anyways, a new year of college was soon about to start so I started preparing myself, I was studying everything that I learned through my first year. It was very complicated since I am studying German and English. I was studying German only through the four years of high school, but I was really ambitious and on my first year of college, I learned every word I had to and I worked all year to pass as better as I can. I never considered German as an easy course since there were a lot of students that were studying it much longer than I did, for example, there are eleven students that were studying German in elementary school and there are even four students that speak German as their mother tongue. So actually half the class are people who speak German for a long time and half of them are in the same position as I am. However, regardless of me considering German as a difficult course, I considered English as a very easy course, so I didn't study it so much and I was surprised when I got better results on German than on English on my final exams, but nevertheless, I've always been confident in my knowledge of both languages.

Anyways, since I had only one weekend before the college began, as I was studying, Rosalie asked me to go out for a walk, just with her. I accepted, but I said that I didn't want to stay for too long. I dressed myself up, put a perfume on me and left to meet with her, but then my mother stopped me by asking me if I was in love, I replied that it was none of her business, but then my father said that I was of course since I replied so rude. They always hated my girlfriends and they didn't want me to bind myself to a girl, because it would ruin my education just like they ruined theirs the same way, although my father is a very successful man and my mother is also working, even though she would've probably been working in a hospital and not in an office as an economist since she was studying medicine when she got pregnant. I guess they were just worried about me and wanted me to learn on their mistakes. Upon arriving at our place of meeting, Rosalie and I hugged and kissed each other, then we joined hands and went for a walk. My city was full of ancient structures and buildings, Rosalie didn't know anything about it, but she wasn't really interested in that either, although I knew a lot about it from history in high school. Anyways, as we were walking, I stuck around for one person that was very familiar to me, he was sitting alone in a cafe. I asked Rosalie if she wanted to sit there for a coffee, she accepted, even though she enjoyed the walk much more, at least it seemed to me like that. As we sat down, we ordered a coffee and I went to the table where that man was sitting, I recognized him before I even reached his table and what a surprise, it was Ian, that grouchy man I mentioned when I talked about Marty for the first time, he is his cousin. I didn't like that man, but I soon regretted that I greeted him, he told me that he was waiting for Tom and Trixie, they had to meet there. He also told me a story how he fell off from college and didn't have the money to pay for another year. He told me that math was too difficult and there were many subjects he didn't understand very well, he had certainly made a mistake by signing on that college and he had actually been working to buy himself a ticket to return here. Ian didn't mean much to me and I was more sad than happy that he returned since he was a real grouch, some kind of anxious man that likes to be the «smartest» one in a company. He was getting on everyone's nerves except Trixie's, Rosalie's and Marty's. I would say he was even getting on Tom's nerves, but since Tom liked to hang out with him, I guess it actually didn't bother him very much. Then it came to my mind that nobody was getting on Rosalie's nerves, it was awkward, she was really a social person, as if she had never had friends before, odd, but I didn't mind it. However, it wasn't really smart, she would feel really bad when she lost a friend or if someone would ever hurt her. Ian then came to our table and I was thinking «shit!». Then the waiter came with our coffees and waters. Then Ian said that Tom and Trixie couldn't come, because they didn't have any money since Tom's parents were divorced and they were really poor, while Trixie's parents were sending her some money every month, but it was also a small amount so I guess her parents were also poor. I have no prejudice against poor people, but I've been used to live in normal conditions, in fact, it was pretty «rich» compared to people with whom I was hanging out with, but then again, my father was a materialist, however, he didn't just make good life for himself, but for everyone in our house and all the money he had, he earned fair and square. I always wanted to be like him regarding that, successful, smart and fair, but I am going to finish college, so I am even a step above him, at least regarding the education. I was happy now that I knew that Tom and Trixie wouldn't come and even Ian said that he wouldn't want to bother us so that he is going to leave when Rosalie said that he was actually welcome to stay since she wanted to get to know him better because they met for the first time that day. I wanted to choke her because of that, but fortunately, he didn't stay and just said «no thanks, I have some things to do anyway, goodbye» and went away.

Now I was finally alone with Rosalie, we were talking and sitting in that cafe for a long three hours and then finally went home. I totally forgot about my studying, I guess that was what my parents wanted to say - I smiled. I escorted Rosalie to her house and kissed her for goodbye, she said that she also had to study. She was studying for a teacher at the elementary school. When we had finished kissing and hugging, I continued forward where my house was situated. It was a fine day and an excellent ending for our holidays. I was very satisfied. Love really is a strong thing, maybe even the strongest in the world, I guess it depends on a person.
