Chapter 12- Off To The Park

**SHAWN'S POV**

I woke up from my dream. It felt so real. Last night, after the second day of Magcon NJ, I ran up here and past out. The dream was perfect. The way me and Alyssa sang to each other, could never be matched by anyone.I could imagine her selling out arenas and going on tour. And that kiss! Oh my god, I will never forget it! I wanted it to be real so bad.

I sit up in bed and scratch my head. "What the hell happened last night?" I yawn over to Aaron. I stretched my arms out wide and made a weird noise. Arron started laughing from his bed.

"Well, for starters, Jack and Hunter are officially going out." He says.

"Oh! That's nice!" I answer him. I reluctantly got up from my warm comfy bed and walked over to the TV. I grabbed the remote and slipped back under the blanket. I switched the TV on. "Anything else?"

"Dude! Do you not remember anything?" He asked with concern.

"Um," I stutter, "no?" I finish sheepishly. "Just tell me what happened!"

"You sang-, what did you sing?" He asked himself. "Oh yeah! You sang Wanted, Skyscraper, and All of Me." He said looking at me.

"Oh yeah! You and Alyssa KILLED it last night, with Everything Has Changed!" He exclaims.

"Wait!" I interrupt him! "That actually happened? It wasn't a dream?" I started to dance in my sheets.

"Um? What dream? Shawn are you ok?" He asked with concern.

"Sorry!" I laughed. "What else happened?" I don't know why I forgot everything from last night. I must've been really tired!

"Listen. I'm going to go get ready for Six Flags. In the meantime, Shawn, try not to forget your name!" He said laughing. He gets up and heads for the shower.

I fall back on the cushion of the bed. I exhale with full power. I'm so happy. I thought about the plans I would have with Alyssa, this week, since her mom let her stay. And especially when I ask her out. I stared up at the bland white-beige ceiling of the hotel room. I began to day dream about Alyssa and I.

One of them was that me and Alyssa were in my bed cuddling and watching Finding Nemo on my laptop. She started to drift off to sleep. She pressed in to my body and nestled her head into the side of my chest. I started to sing to her. I eventually fell asleep too! My head layed atop hers. "One day, she will be mine!" I declare to myself. "That's all I want! I want a relationship that, no matter what, we stick together, hell, even grow old together. I think I found that in this girl."

I decide I grab my phone. I find Alyssa in my recent messages. I start to type.

Shawn: Hey wonna come hangout with me and the guys today?

Before I send it, I read it over at least 10 times. I hit send. 2 minutes go by. "Oh god." I say frightened. Then a minute later my phone buzzed. Alyssa.

Alyssa❤️: Yea sure! What are we going to do?

"Whoo Hoo!" I screamed. "Shut up it's too early!" I heard Aaron say from the bathroom. I started to laugh.

Shawn: We are planning on going to Six Flags today. Is that ok??

Alyssa❤️: yea sounds good! What time?

I ran over to the common room. The Jacks, Nash, and Cam were up and watching TV. "Guys? What time are we going to Six Flags?

"We are leaving at 12:45" said Cam. I looked over at the clock. 10:30.
