Chapter 18- In Bed

**SHAWN'S POV**

I'm finally laying in bed after the long day at the beach. I got a terrible sunburn and my legs hurt from running in the sand. All of these reasons wanted this day to end, but I never want it to. Alyssa is leaving tomorrow morning.

No words can describe how horribly sad I am. I never want to leave her side. Ever. I want to be there for her, when she's upset, scared, anything! I've tried not to think about it these last few days, but now, I'm out of time. I try to take the positives out of these 9 days here. MagCon. Alyssa. Alyssa becoming my girlfriend. Kissing Alyssa. Alyssa kissing me. Yep, she's the best thing that's ever happened to me. She takes time to listen to me, instead of typical girls who just blabber on without me getting a word in. She's smart, and always quick witted.

The thing I like most about her, I can trust her. She wasn't like the other girls at MagCon, that's why I saw her in the massive crowd. She doesn't just like me for my voice or my looks, because many girls do and it makes me feel like a doll. Like a cold, hard, plastic doll. Like I have no feelings, no emotion, no brains at all. As if I have nothing good to stay, just stand there and let girls swoon over me. The things I hear these girls say about me and the guys are unbelievable and disturbing. They don't know me. But Alyssa does. That's why I trust her.

When she came to the MagCon meet and and greet, she wasn't prettied up, or showing to much skin, or being nasty to other girls. She just came to have a nice time. She doesn't wear makeup. I like that. She's beautiful without it.

Tomorrow may be the last time I'll see her for a long while. My heart ached just thinking about it. I have her number, yea, but that's not good enough.

"What if I never can see her again? What if she lies to me? What if?" I said to myself. "No! She wouldn't! She would never cheat on me! That is such a stupid idea!" I put my hands to my head. I was giving myself a headache just thinking about these terrible thoughts.

I decided to check my laptop. I got up from my bed and grabbed my Mac. When I opened the bright screen in the darkness of my room, I blinded myself. "Shit!" I said covering my eyes. I felt around the keys of my laptop and eventually found the brightness button. When I got it to the lowest setting, I decided to check my YouTube.

I logged on and went onto my profile. I went into my videos and clicked on the video of me and Alyssa. 15k views! I smiled and went through the comments.

"Aww you guys are so cute!"

"I ship this so hard!"

"#Shyssa"

"ShAwn!"

I love my fans! They are supportive and always are kind to me. I am so happy they are ok with Alyssa and I. With that genuinely happy feeling, I fell asleep.

**EMMA'S POV**

I logged onto my computer the minute Shawn tweeted that the video was uploading. I've been waiting for it to be posted. It's been an hour. I refreshed and refreshed and refreshed. Nothing.

After another 20 minutes of me growing impatient, the video finally popped up. I clicked right away, before I could even read the caption.

The screen made the video go full screen. The video was black, loading. First the caption came up. It said, "You and I by One Direction with someone I would like you to meet." The caption made me jump out of my seat. Who is it? Boy? Girl? Are they famous?" I need to know.

Finally, the video appeared. A blonde haired girl was sitting next to Shawn. She looked oddly familiar. "Hey guys! I thought I'd make you guys a video. I'm here with my girlfriend Alyssa!" The girl stayed silent and waved. It was obvious she was nervous.

HOLY CRAP! That was the girl Shawn sang with at MagCon! I continued watching. I have to admit, they were so cute together. And boy, they sure can sing! I wished I could sing, but I can't. When I sing, it sounds like a dying cat.

When the song was over, Shawn spoke."Well thanks guys. I'm so glad you guys got to hear Alyssa. Bye guys! I love you!" And with that, the video ended. I spun around on my chair. Oh my god! I can't believe Shawn has a girlfriend! It's weird too, because I feel like I've seen her. I remember her from somewhere. It's going to bother me all day!

All day, I was pondering who that girl was and why she seemed so familiar. I'm laying in bed and on my laptop. I scroll through my twitter feed. It's all about Shawn's video, even though that was hours ago. Everyone was talking about this Alyssa girl. My whole entire feed were supporters of the relationship. I am too! But I still can't figure out where I saw this girl. I look over at my clock. 12:45 A.M. Great. I got bored of twitter so I scrolled through my camera roll, my typical go-to when I get bored.

As I scroll through, I see the picture again. The girl kissing Jack. "Wait a minute!" I said sitting up in my bed. That BLONDE girl kissing Jack. I zoomed on the girls facial features.

"Ahh!" I screamed. THATS ALYSSA! "Oh my God!" I can't believe it! That cheating little bitch!

I went onto my twitter on my phone. I logged into my fan account.

I have never typed so fast in my life:

LOYAL GIRLFRIEND HUH? And with that, I added the picture and tagged Shawn 2 times. This is going to go viral. I hit tweet. Within seconds people were favoriting, retweeting, and tagging Shawn in it. I hope he sees it. People were replying back to me.

"Is this real?"

"Is this Alyssa?"

"Where was this taken?"

I answered back to all of them.

"Yes it's real."

"100% her"

"At the MagCon this weekend."

I tried to stay up for as long as I could answering people, eventually, I fell asleep.
