**ALYSSA'S POV**

"Awwww Shawn is red!" Cam yelled over the mass of voices in the park. Cam had his muscular arm around my shoulders. I turned over to see Shawn's face. Sure enough, he was beat red and glaring at Cam.

"Shawn?" I say, "can you sit with me?" I knew it would make him feel better. As soon as I said it, his face brightened and his brown eyes widened.

We were all in the line for El Toro. The security had to escort us all to the back entrance because Nash stupidly tweeted that we were coming. When people saw us walk on line, a roar of screaming fangirls nearly made me go deaf. I know all of them were gossiping about me and Hunter being there but honestly, I could care less. I kind of zoned out of everyone's conversations. I was just string up the enormous roller coaster in front of me.

"Alyssa!" Everyone yelled at once. "Wait, ugh, what?" I stuttered. I couldn't get the words out. Go me. I turned and saw everyone in the roller coaster cars. Nash and Cam I'm the first, Taylor and Carter in the second, Hunter and Jack in the third, Jack, Matt, and Aaron all squeezed in the forth, and Shawn in the fifth, with an empty seat next to him. He looked and me and smiled. I smiled back. Then he waved me to come over.

"Here you go." I said to the ride operator. I showed him my wrist band and he let me through. "Keep your hands, feet, and other limbs, in the vehicle at all times. Thank you for choosing El Toro and enjoy the ride." He said in the most unhappy, monotone voice. He didn't smile or anything.

"Like I say, amusement park workers, are this nation's backbone!" Nash said laughing. Everyone started laughing. The operator just stared blankly into space.

The cars jolted forward. The car moved through the track. It finally caught the chain. We started to go uphill. Chug, Chug,Chug. It was so loud.

A little more than half way up Shawn spoke."Hey, um I wanted ask you something!" I heard Shawn say. "Will you-"

"Ahhhhhhhh" we both screamed. We were flying down hill. We zoomed past the tracks. That first drop was a killer. I was enjoying the ride so much! With the wind in my face, I look over at Shawn.

"Ahhhhh" he yelled. He screams like a little girl! I started laughing. Eventually, he realized why I was laughing and he started laughing too. He threw his head back and smacked it against the car's headrest. I laughed even more and harder! Turn after turn, the ride slowed down. Finally, we came to a halt.

My hair was fine. Shawn's, not so much. He was panting hard. I couldn't stop laughing. We hopped out. We started walking to the next ride as a group.

"What did you want to ask me?" I asked Shawn while we walked behind everyone.

"Oh, um, nothing." He said looking down. I nudged his arm and smiled. "C'mon tell me!" I said.

"It's nothing, really. I forgot." He said looking back at me. "Ok, but, please tell me when you remember." I said making the puppy dog face.

He laughed and hugged me. "Sure." His hug was so comforting. We quickened our pace and caught up with the group. We got on line for a pretzel stand. Matt said he wanted a pretzel from the minute we got here.

"Dude you see her!" Nash said as a girl walked past Cam and Nash on line. She was tall, had wavy brown hair, and was with a group of girls. I started laughing. "Idiots!" I think to myself.

"Zayummm! Boy, I shot dibs!" Cam says nudging Nash's shoulder. Everyone was watching them and laughing. Matt took a big bite out his pretzel, as if he was watching a movie.

"No way! I saw her first!" Nash yelled back. Nash and Cam started pushing each other on line, in a playful way. It was actually really funny. Shawn and I were dying. It was like watching 2 little brothers wrestling each other. They started laughing too. They knew they probably looked like dumb asses, causing chaos in a family amusement park.
