Mikey's POV

"Dammit!" I yelled, pushing Alicia away from me. She gasped and tried to get close to me again. I backed up.

"What's your deal?" she asked. That's when I really got pissed.

"My deal? Really? I was trying to talk to her, you inconsiderate asshat!" She rolled her eyes. Before she said anything, I ran towards the direction that Cecilia had ran. Tyler, Josh, and Jenna were standing at the door of a bus, knocking on it.

"Thank freaking Mufasa you're here," Josh said, pushing me in front of him, "Get her to open the door." Tyler nodded. I knocked on it.

"Cec?" I asked. I heard shuffling, then it stopped. "Cecilia, please open the door."

"No," she said, clearly sitting at the door. I sighed.

"Please, Cec. Alicia isn't here. It's just us. Me, Tyler, Josh, and Jenna. Please Cecilia. I need to talk to you." More shuffling.

"Theoretically, if I open the door, only you will come in, right?" she asked. I smiled.

"Yes. Only me." All of them smiled and dissipated into the crowd yet again. Cecilia opened the door and I jumped in quickly. She had clearly been crying. Her mascara was running down her cheeks, but she still looked so pretty. I hugged her.

"I look like a mess," she said. I shook my head, still holding her tight.

"You look beautiful, just like you always do." She smiled through my shoulder. I let her go hesitantly.

"We really need to talk, that is if the queen of cockblocking doesn't interrupt us again." I laughed and nodded.

"Anything," I said. She sat on the floor, patting the space beside her. She sighed.

"The whole Entertainment Tonight thing has me stressed. I got emails from like fifty news sources." I nodded.

"I got a lot too," I said, "and I kinda only answered one of them." I scratched the back of my neck nervously.

"I answered the E! News one. I like them." I nodded. She rubbed her eyes.

"That's the one I answered. What are we going to say?" I asked. She shrugged and leaned back on her hands.

"No idea. I think I'm just gonna go with it. If she asks for the backstory, I'm going to tell her. It's not like it's a secret anymore." I nodded.

"Yeah. Um...I saw that DVD." She looked at me, raising her eyebrows.

"Frank told me," she said, sitting up straight once again. I felt the need to explain, I really don't know why I did. Maybe it sounded good then.

"Frank ran over and told me everything. Mom gave it to his mom to keep like a week before he showed me. As soon as he saw it, he showed me." I made her look me in the eyes. "It wasn't your fault. I'm not angry." She nodded.

"All of this is one big cluster fuck," she said. I nodded, leaning back like she had before.

"You can say that again," I replied.

"I have an idea," she said. I nodded, signaling for her to go on. "Can we, like, play this off? On Instagram or Snapchat or something we can be like 'our friendship is better than yours'. Nevermind, it's stupid..." I shook my head.

"It's not stupid. I'm down." She smiled.

She got up. "Let me take off this messy makeup and we'll take a picture." I nodded.

When she walked back, I couldn't help but stare. She was just so beautiful. She grinned and stood beside me.

"Smile, Mikes," she said. Hearing her say the nickname she'd given me was seriously the best feeling ever. I smiled, definitely.

@ceciliajoseph: our friendship is better than yours....you can't even tell that the gummy bear rack is photoshopped. MikeyWay

I smiled and liked the picture. Cecilia was looking at her phone, reading something.

"My interview is tomorrow. On Skype." I nodded. She yawned.

"You should get some rest. I'll see you tomorrow, Cec," I said. Then she thing I didn't expect happened.

She hugged me tightly. I did the same, thinking about what we could be if it wasn't for her parents.

"I'll see you tomorrow, Mikey."

But there were three words that almost slipped out of my mouth.

"I love you."
