When she looks in the mirror,
She cringes away
Like her reflection is a mistake.
It seems she's not able to recognise her own beauty.
but whenever you say her name,
when you give her your time of the day,
It's when she's happy.
she's free of her disdains.
She sees herself through your eyes.
so give her the light.
Show her she's worth it.
Tell her that she's everything.
please
Because if she sees the mirror empty again,
She'll crumble hard even though she'd just began,
she'll turn to dust
no matter her worth.
she'll be lost again.
