"Hey Taehyung?"

                              
	"Yeah?"

                              
	"How long do you think you'll love me?"

                              
	"Hmm. Well," Taehyung whispered, linking his hands behind Namjoon's neck and pulling him close until their foreheads were touching. "I personally think I'll love you for a very long time."

                              
He leaned forward and kissed Namjoon. Kissed his best friend, his boyfriend, the only person Taehyung could have ever fallen in love with. Kissed the worrier, the philosopher, the cuddler, the protector. Kissed the boy who tripped over his nightlight and kissed the boy who made sure Taehyung knew everything loved him, even the dark.

                              
"A long time, huh?"

                              
"Yep," Taehyung replied, tracing Namjoon's face with a delicate hand. Namjoon's gaze was almost too much—it always was like that, full of warmth and affection and fondness and longing and everything that made Taehyung feel fuzzy inside—but Taehyung held it with his own.
