"Hey. Melly? Mel!"

I groaned.

"Wake up Melly." I heard a sigh.

Wait a minute.

I turned myself around and took my head out of the pillows to see who was waking me up.

"Jake?"

"Uh hi."

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I asked, sitting up and kinda weirded out to be honest.

"Err, Matt let me in. You're late for school."

"Why'd you come over to my house in the first place?"

"I thought we could- uhm, take my car to school together today.."

I looked at him scratching his neck awkwardly and looking at me with a big hopeful look in his eyes. I laughed at his expression before stepping out of bed and standing beside him.

"We'll go together. Just give me five minutes." I stated, taking a random pair of jeans and shirt from my closet, then walking into the bathroom.

After two minutes, I was done freshening up and changing into my new clothes. I got out of the bathroom and walked to my dresser, starting to brush my hair.

"How long have you been trying to wake me up?" I inquired, focusing on my reflection in the mirror.

"I got here half an hour ago, but I started to wake you up fifteen minutes ago.." Jake replied slowly.

 "So you were going all Edward Cullen on me for fifteen minutes?" I teased, pulling my hair in a tight ponytail and applying some makeup.

"Huh?"

"Ya know, watching me when I sleep."

"What? N- No!" He raised his hands in the air, making me look at his shocked expression.

"Calm down," I laughed, "I was just joking."

"Oh.."

I shook my head, extremely confused, grabbing my bag and looking at the mirror once more. After taking Jake's hand, I pulled him downstairs towards the kitchen.

"We don't have time for breakfast." He said.

"I know." I replied, opening a cupboard and taking out a pack of Oreos.

"Ofcourse." He chuckled, rolling his eyes dramatically, and we walked out to his car.

"Ooh la la! Someone's a couple." Max winked as the rest of the guys hooted and whistled childishly.

"Idiots." I laughed and went to stand between Sean and Zack. Jake locked his car and walked towards the gang as well.

"Why're you guys not in class?" I asked, stuffing my Oreos' empty wrapper in Sean's pocket. He didn't even notice.

"Well, me and Jeremy have this free, the rest just didn't go." Zack shrugged.

"We didn't wanna go to class without having you here Melly." Sam smiled innocently making us all laugh at his stupid attempt to flatter me.

"So, we heard Lucy's okay." Max changed the topic.

I smiled widely, "Yup!"

"We also heard you two went on a date." Cory wriggled his eyebrows.

"Did you get some?" Cameron cheekily asked Jake, poking an elbow in his ribs.

"Excuse me!" I smacked a hand on his forehead making all of them laugh again.
