*Y/n's POV*
Jose had dropped me back off at home so he could make some more runs. I was chilling on the couch,waiting on Kelly to drop by. There was a knock on the door. I went to answer it. It was a pretty, brown skinned lady, looked my age, and kinda looked like me.
"Can I help you?" I asked.
"Yes. Are you Y/n Y/L/N?" She asked.
"Who's asking?" I asked.
"Me, do you know a Keith Powers?" She asked.
I shook my head.
"I can't talk about that." I said as I shook my head.
"Please Y/n, I'm taking him to court for beating me please help me." She said as tears rolled down her cheeks.
"Come in." I said.
I let her in.
"How'd you find out about me?" I asked.
"One of my friends, Alexa said she knew you and had heard about him beating you. Y/n I need you to testify in court." She said.
"I don't know." I said.
"We can make sure that he never hits a woman again Y/n please do it for me, you and any other woman that he has ever hit." She said. "Bye the way, I'm Faith, Faith McCormick."
"When's the court date?" I asked.
"November 1st, I will tell the detective about you and hopefully we can stop him." She said.
"Hopefully we can, can I have a number?" I asked.
We exchanged numbers. Kelly walked in as she left.
"Who was that?" He asked.
"One of my old journalist friends. But we need to talk about something sit." I said.
He sat down.
"Give me a kiss first." He said.
I laughed and gave him a kiss.
"What you tryna talk about shawty?" He asked.
"First off did yall win?" I asked.
"Yes ma'am 124-97." He said.
"How many points and assists?" I asked.
"29 points 5 assists." He said.
"Babe was showing out tonight." I said as I hugged him.
"Tell meee!" He said.
"Okay.......I'm pregnant." I said.
He went quiet.
"You're pregnant?" He asked.
I shook my head.
"Quit playing baby." He said laughing. "Are you foreal."
"Yes." I said.
Im suprised Kelly was happy asf. Mane picked me up.
"Y/n that's great!" He said as he kissed me. "Mane imma be a dad."
He rubbed my little belly and kissed it.
"Look at our future, my family is gonna be so happy." He said.
"Lol imma have to talk to my family." I said.
"How far along?" He asked.
"The Dr said I was 3 months but I got an appointment tomorrow and we'll know more." I said.
"You already know imma be there." He said.
I laughed.
"I think we should keep it lowkey until its noticeable. You already know it's gonna be all over the shade room." I said.
"You got it." He said. "What do you want?"
"I kinda want a boy, but whatever we're blessed with i'll be happy." I said
"Same." He said.
I cuddled up next to him.
