I showed them the ring.
"Dayummm that's the engagement ring?" Stanley asked.
"Yes sir. Imma propose to her soon so be ready." I said.
"You really in love with hee ain't you?" Ben said.
I shook my head. "And now that she's carrying my sons it made me love her even more." I said.
"What names you come up with? " Stanley asked.
"I mean I like the names Zane,Legend, and Jayden." I said.
"Definitely here for Legend and Zane Oubre." Ben said. "Can't believe you having twins."
*Y/n's pov*
"Y/n I really need to talk to you." Chanel said.
"Wassup boo?" I asked as I fried the chicken.
"How do you and Kelly do it? Like yall never seem unhappy with each other. " She said.
"You have to have communication and you have to understand each other. And honey, you never ever ever show that your relationship is on the rocks. No matter what you always look happy! " I said.
"It's just sometimes I can't do it, like sometimes I feel like giving up, but I love him so much. " she said as tears rolled down her cheeks.
"Come here hun." I said as I hugged her. "It isn't always gonna sunny days in a relationship, you have to be able to stand the rain."
I pulled the chicken out of the grease.
"Sunny days, everybody loves them, but tell me baby, can you stand the rain." I sung as I danced.
"Y/n sit yo goofy ass down." She said laughing.
"Yaaaaay! I thought you were gonna make me cry." I said excitedly.
"So what's going on with you and Kelly?" She asked. "When are we getting married? "
"Like I said if he proposes to me this year once I have these twins we'll have a wedding. I gotta get this baby weight off." I said.
"Speaking of the twins, what are we thinking for the baby shower?" She asked.
"I'm thinking maybe either a Flintstone, Jungle, or Coming To America theme." I said.
"I would love the Jungle theme!" She said. "What about the baby names?"
"I love the names Legend and Liam." I said
"Y/n I am so happy for you guys!" She said.
"Thank you. " I said smiling. "You're gonna have to help me design the nurseries."
The men walked back in.
"I got your Orange juice babe." I said.
"Okay sugar. " he said.
They sat down at the bar and I passed out the food.
"I like how Y/n is pregnant with twins, and she's still working hard. Cleaning the house, cooking, and pleasing her mans. Shanti never did that for me while she was pregnant and before or after." Stanley said.
"Babygirl sholl do be pleasing her mans and I'll attest to that." Kelly said.
"No, no,no,no, We're not gonna bad mouth her. She is your baby's mother and you were once with her." I said.
"See that's why I respect you." Stanley said. "You're my home
girl."
Kelly stupid ass was still stuck on the "pleasing her mans" part.
"Baby what's that thing we like to do?" He asked. "The Faygo Lorago?"
"No idiot the Rango Tango." I said laughing.
"Yeah that one right there.... it'll knock you out. You and her both." He said. "I be having Y/n bent over all types of ways, except for today."
I rolled my eyes.
