I emerged from Rick's room at around 3:30 in the morning, the cold night air cooling the sweat on my forehead. I could feel the phantoms of Rick's hands lovingly and passionately running up and down my body; the phantoms of his lips still tasting my mouth and tongue. A wide breathless smile was plastered on my face as I raked my hair back and leaned against the white door to his room. My jeans were still on but they ran low on my hips, and my shirt was almost torn off from Rick's hunger to my body. I had no idea he was that attracted to me. Not Drugged Rick anyway.
I peeled myself off of Rick's door, wanting desperately to go back inside, but I knew if I stayed overnight I would be disappointed he wouldn't be in there with me in the morning. I started to walk around the corner into the dining room where Morty sat at the table, flicking on the light switch. The dining room bathed in glowing light. I shielded my eyes from it, my body jerking back from the sudden illumination.
"Morty...what the hell? What's with you ominously flicking on light switches at inconspicuous moments?" I say tiredly, my eyes still squinting. Morty had one leg crossed over the other and both hands folded in his lap. His eyebrows were raised but his eyes were lidded. This look told me he was tired of my bullshit but I didn't know what bullshit had to be addressed. He wore his signature yellow pajamas, a button-up shirt, and pants with matching slippers.
"Had a f- a fun night huh?" Morty asked, his stutter out of a habit he would never shake. My cheeks were dusted a light pink. I felt the warmth creep up on my cheekbones at the question.
"Just um...just trying to find my way to the bathroom." I said half-assedly. It was then I realized I was only in my bra and low-riding pants in front of Morty. I swiped my arm in front of my chest when I noticed what Morty was staring at. Morty looked amused at the gesture, but his eyes couldn't hide his shyness.
"What do you want Morty? It's late, don't you have school tomorrow?" I asked as a concerned motherly type. I tossed my hair behind my shoulder out of anticipation. Morty stood up from his chair. He reached my shoulder in height.
"I want to sh-...show you something." Morty said, unsheathing Rick's portal gun from an unseen pocket. The green vial on top swirled with transportation chemicals, thus shining bright neon green on Morty and mine's face. The portal gun intimidated me. I still didn't know the full story behind it but from what I've seen it can transport anyone anywhere, which could spell danger or the complete opposite. I didn't want it falling in the wrong hands, so I got nervous seeing it in Morty's naive hold.
"Morty, what are you doing with that? I'm sure Rick is gonna need it for...whatever it is that Rick does, so how about we just put it back-" Morty interrupted me with a shut expression.
"I need to show you something. Please? It'll be a...a quick 20 minute Morty and (Y/n) adventure." He said with a slight smile. But something shone behind his eyes, like a frozen lake with a cryptid lurking just beneath the surface. I shook my head after some thought. Morty's face hardened into an almost deathly stare.
"Sorry Morty, but I can't remember the last time I've slept, and I'm really tired after the weird Erlosung lizard planet we just came back from-"
