Chapter 13, Things are never what they seem...

*Yami's POV*
This guy has been quiet, too quiet for my liking. He says that he is going to meet Yugi soon. Well if that even dose happen he'll have to deal with me.  It doesn't seem to have affected Yugi too much.

"Hey Yuge, Yami are you guys gonna tell me what has been going on?" Joey asked and was tapping his fingers on the table. I know he is getting irritated. We agreed to tell him about this random number that has been messaging Yugi. "But my first question is how did this bozo get his number?"

"That I wish I had a answer for Joey but we are clueless. They just got it a few days ago and tries to text him. I have his number as well so if they gets too much they'll hear from me," I said and Yugi jabbed me in the side.

"What!? When did this happen and why haven't you told me sooner! I think I'll put a password on my phone for now on..." he moaned and slumped in his seat. 

"Sorry but if I asked you wouldn't of given it to me, so when I asked for your phone a few days ago that's when I took it. So what's your thoughts on this Joey?"

"Well to me it sounds like this person has to be either really close to us...or they're a weirdo stalker."  Joey said and rubbed his neck. I saw Yugi visibly shake at the thought of a stalker being around him. "Why don't we alert Pegasus? He might be able to get you some bodyguards or something?"

"Because we don't need any. The only guard Yugi needs is me so there's no need." I said and took a sip of my tea. Joey just laughed at me and Yugi started to go red. "But I would appreciate it if you keep this on the low down. If everyone else knew that it would just cause even more trouble."

"Um sure pal. I wasn't going to tell anyone anyway. Oh shoot I need to get going or Seto will kill me. I'm late for a tag duel so I'll see ya both later!" Joey said and shot up. He skipped out on hanging with Seto? That took some guts. He gave us a quick wave and left us to finish up.

Yugi was pouting in his seat and was facing away from me. "AW come on are you still ticked about me taking the number?" I asked and he just nodded. Really? That's all I get. "Hey Yugi check it, I stole Seto's Blue eyes." he finally turned around and I was already close enough to close the gap between us. "Can you really stay mad at me?"

"I-You Gaaaaaa! Your such a pain!" he yelled and turned away while grabbing his drink. He started to have some but he took it too fast and ended up coughing. 

"Take it easy. And you call me trouble?" I laughed and he just hit me again.

"Hey Yami...I've never asked about this but how did the gods let you come back? I know it's been years but it just came to thought." he asked and turned to face me. Has he not asked this before? I can't remember if he has. I know that Joey has asked.

"Well I went to the gods to ask if there was any way for me to come back. If someone with the same power as me and was related took over then I was allowed to return. As you can see I'm here so we manged to find a cousin of mine so he took over. Never did get to see him before I left." I said and he payed attention to it all.

"Hm I wonder what they look like. Oh well I'm so happy the gods let you come back. I need to thank them one day." he said and just laughed at himself. He does realise there's no way he could do that, right?

"Er ok? We gotta get going, it's getting late and I'd rather not be out when it's dark." I said and he agreed with me. We payed for the food and headed home.  We found Tea and Mai waiting outside of our room and had something in their hands.

"Yugi! Yami come have a look at these!" Tea called out and we both looked at each other. Walking closer to them, I saw something all to well known to me. "It's so crazy. It's a little necklace that looks like the front of the  millennium puzzle doesn't it? Two notes came with them, one was addressed to us all and the other to Yugi."

I noticed that Mai and Tea had already put their ones on. "Let me see the note  ." I said and Tea gave me it.

'Dearest Yugi, I hope you don't mind me giving all your friends this as when I come to see you all I will have the same one on. Oh and I know that Yami will be reading this so I wanted to say. I want to meet Yugi and everyone else so if you try and stop me you will suffer, no one will stop me from seeing Yugi.'

I scrunched up the note and tossed it into the bin. "It was just a drawing of something stupid so don't worry about it. I'll keep mine in my pocket as I have the one me and you have. I only wanna have one on at the moment." I said and turned to Yugi.

"Yeah I was gonna say the same thing. We can just put them safely away," Yugi said and I couldn't be more happy. I thought he was going to take our one off and put that on. We finished talking to the girls and went to our room but one thing was hanging on my mind, That guy is closer then we think if the necklaces are here.
