*No one's POV*
The warehouse was cold, lonely and rotting away. Heba found himself wanting to scream again and again to try and gain some attention but he knew where he was. A metal bar falling somewhere in the place made him jump and he wanted to hold himself.
Before Atemu left him, he gave him a blanket and a hot water bottle to keep him warm. He never did anything to hurt Heba, he made sure to be as gentle as possible with him. The only time he got scared, was when he told Atemu he wasn't Yugi.
He would then throw stuff nearby and slam his hand against a wall cutting himself on glass. Once Heba said he was Yugi it would calm the other who would hug him and promise never to hurt him. Heba would always see the black mist appear from him and would be concern from how much it thickens every day.
He was worried there would be no way to bring Atemu back from the evil. He heard footsteps and looked up, Atemu had appeared with cuts on his face and a bag in his hands.
"I'm back home! Man who would've though gangs could rough up someone so bad just by walking past," Atemu said and placed his bag down. "How are you? Is the water bottle cold? Do you want something to eat? Drink?"
"Your leg is bleeding," Heba whispered and Atemu laughed. "You have been injured for a while, you need a hospital."
"All I need is you. You give me the strength I need," Atemu said and sat on the floor next to Heba and held his hand snuggling into it. "My Yugi~~~"
Heba didn't want anything to happen, but maybe since he was hurt he thought maybe now would be his chance.
"Atemu, can I go for a walk? My legs feel dead," Heba asked and Atemu sat up with a pout. "You can walk with me alright?"
He smiled and nodded his head, unlocking the chains and holding Heba's hand as they began to walk. Heba was unstable for a bit, he hasn't walked for a while so he stumbled into Atemu a lot. The boys walked, but looking around Heba was scared that something would fall on him and kill him.
Heba looked down, he saw a small crawl space with light shining through. That would be his chance to get away. "Hey er, Atemu. I need to go to the bathroom," Heba said and Atemu just looked at him. "It's not what you think."
"Oh," Atemu said and blushed looking away. He put a backpack down and grabbed some toilet from it handing it to Heba. "I'll wait here, the bathroom is through there."
Once Atemu had pointed, Heba thanked him and wondered off in the direction to the room. With a quick glance back, he saw Atemu wasn't looking and made his break. Practically crawling on the floor, he made sure not to make a single sound. Avoiding the broken glass and metal sticking out, he was making good distance away from his kidnapper.
He didn't notice a piece of rope however going across the room and his foot got caught. A piece of metal fell from the roof making Heba stop dead in his tracks. He looked around, seeing if that had gave away his position but it didn't. He turned around to untie himself, tugging at the rope and hearing some movement from the metal around him, panic beginning to go through him.
If he got caught trying to escape, he was scared of what Atemu would do to him. He was wriggling around now, scared and wanting to get back to Yugi and Yami. But the worst happened.
When he tugged on the rope, it was connected to a lot of metal pillars. He saw that they were close to falling right on top of him. "Atemu help!!" Heba called out, terrified and thrashing around. He was finally able to pull himself free but the pillars were coming down on him. He curled up into a ball, accepting the fact he might die.
A warm body however was over him, holding him close as it got all the pillars on them.
"A-Atemu..."Heba mumbled looking at his body. A small pipe had gone through his shoulder. Blood was covering Heba's clothes now as he was horrified with what he was seeing.
"I-I wish you didn't r-run..." Atemu mumbled and coughed up blood. He tried to get up, pushing up with the pillars on his back which Heba guessed they were now scarping on him. "I-I thought you trusted me..."
Atemu screamed as he stood up, the pillars falling to the side. Holding out a bloody hand for Heba, he helped him up and pulled him from the wreckage.
Heba felt horrible now, he was already hurt before and now he has a pipe going right through him.
Walking back to the chair, Atemu still had a little hold of Heba's hand and was stumbling around the place and falling on himself. He sat down on the ground, breathing heavily and holding his shoulder.
"Maybe we should pull it out?" asked Heba as he placed his hand on the pipe. "You're in so much pain, and you might get infected."
"Ah oh well," Atemu shrugged and Heba saw the black mist appear around him bouncing from becoming thicker and thinner. "If you're alright then I'm alright."
Once Heba sat down, Atemu placed his head on his shoulder and let out a sigh of relief. "I love you Yugi..." Atemu mumbled out before closing his eyes. Unknown to Heba, his breathing was slowing down.
"I love you too Atemu..." Heba let out. Atemu was sliding down Heba's shoulder, and he notice at the last moment before he hit the ground. "Atemu? Atemu!!"
Heba placed him sown gently on the ground, watching as his chest was going at a slow pace. He was panicking, worried Atemu would die here. But if this was a different person....they would run.
Heba had the chance to be free but unlike any other people, he was in deep love with his kidnapper. He had made his choice, he took off his jacket and placed it at where the pipe was lodged into his shoulder.
"I promise I will be back with help," Heba said and ran out. It was weird for him to see the light, but he didn't have the time to enjoy it. He ran through the forest, across the fields and to the one place where he would hope to get help.
Yugi's hotel.
I know I need to try and get some updates of this out more so I will try and work on this when I have the time.
So what does everyone think with Heba staying to help Atemu, would you have run if you were him?
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter, if so let me know down below and STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT ONE!!
