Chapter 26, Finding the others...

*Yugi's POV*

I just need to trust Heba that he'll be fine, I need to try and locate Yami and Atemu. I took the other path that Heba didn't and started to run, hoping I would get somewhere. This other path I have never been down before. It looks so dark and gloomy, like the sun hardly touches it. Why is a little forest like this in the big park? I don't understand any of this. 

I started to get really bad shivers, forcing me to run more, more and more until it was hard to breathe. It never ends, looking a head and there is still more forest. Footsteps came from behind and I swear, my heart was jumping out of my chest. 

Should I call out? No that's how all the people die in movies. Is running an answer? But I might end up tripping or they might be faster then me. I could try to fight, with Yami been helping me I've grown a lot stronger. I just need to hope to Ra that they're not armed. I need to get the jump on them though.

Looking more ahead I saw a much bigger and wider tree on the path so that would be the best thing. I started t walk again, but not running as it would mean bad news. I heard the footsteps behind me again confirming they were following me. I got to the tree and dived behind it, hiding myself the best I could. I heard the steps start to walk round the tree, myself moving so I could get to his back. 

I saw his foot going round the corner and saw that as my best shot. Using all the force I could, I jumped round the tree and tackled the person holding their arms together and my legs on theirs to stop them getting up. "OK Who the heck are you and why are you after me!?!" I screamed and got ready to punch them.

"Nice to see you to Aibou, what's this all about?" I heard and getting a good look at his face it was Yami. Why would he follow me and not say anything? I let go off his hands but didn't move from on top of him.

"Ok explain yourself! Why were you being a creep and didn't say anything! I would of hit you there!" I yelled and grabbed his collar. "Do you realise how scared you made me? A simple 'Hey Yugi it's me' would of been nice instead of the stalker act!"

Yami just looked at me with widen eyes, as I realised what I had just done. Did I just scream at him?That's not like me at out...I got off of him and helped him up from the ground. "Yugi...I'm sorry. Next time I'l call out," he said and attached himself to my back. 

I love it when he tries to apologise, he gets all cuddly with me. Only thing is...I'm a sucker for it. "Where is Atemu?" I asked and felt him jerk. He got off of my back and said he was going to lead the way. He took me though the bushes until we got to a more light, calm clearing of the forest. 

"We need to pick up pace Yugi, he is at the end of this path and needs help." he said and we both started to sprint. I saw two people at the end of the walk way, they looked like Atemu and Heba. "Heba get away from him!"

I started to run a little bit faster and tackled Heba, taking him away from Atemu. Looking over my shoulder to him, I could see the faintest of black mist surrounding him. "Oww, my arm hurts..."Heba said and glancing down I noticed he had cut his arm. 

"...H.eb...a?" I heard and knew it came from Atemu. He started to walk towards me and Heba and I got in front of Heba. I saw Yami coming up behind him and shushed me. "I...am...so..r...ry," he said and I saw the mist disappearing slowly. I gave a little nod to Yami and he hit his head hard, knocking him out.

"I'll call for an ambulance. There's no way he can stay with us after he tried to kill me again." he said and brought his phone up, dialled the number and waited for it to pick up. I gave him an confused look as he didn't mention anything about that. "We started to talk about you two and for some reason he was getting more and more angry. Went for my throat the damn idiot."

He walked away and started to talk to the person on the other side. We don't have anything about his personal details so since he looks like Yami, we decided he would play the part of twin brother. After a few minutes on the phone Yami came and said that they were on their way. "How you holding up Heba? Regretting coming here now?" Yami asked and leaned against the tree we were sitting under.

"I'm fine, just a bit sore. But no I don't regret coming here at all. In fact I love it here and my only goal is to help Phra- Atemu." he said and turned from us. I gave Yami a little wink and he understood what I was trying to say. The echoing sound of the sirens could be heard and Yami went to go tel them where we were.

If anyone is confused, I put a little choice in here. You had a choice to chase after Heba or find Yami. The next chapter will be continue at the end of these two as the ended is pretty much the same. Hope this was alright.
