*Yugi's POV*

"So that's what is going on eh?" Joey asked and everyone else was silent. The rest of the gang had arrived and Yami had filled them in. I was fiddling with my ring on my hand, feeling deja vu from moving unconsciousness. It screams the mist has taken over his body.

I can tell this was making Heba unsettled so I got up from where I was leaning and sat next to him holding his hand. He smiled back at me and held my hand.

"We need to find him and contain him, if he is out there then his power is out of control," Yami said and looked at me. "I don't want anyone on their own, I'm sure pairs don't need to be discussed."

Everyone nodded as I turned to Heba and his eyes were closing and fighting to stay open so e ended up falling asleep on my shoulder. "It's getting late, so everyone return to their rooms. Yugi and I will inform Shepard about this and see if we can get out of teaching," Yami said as he came over to me.

I turned around and he placed Heba on my back, and we all took off in our own directions. "Geez we come here to teach and we end up in another crazy adventure," I said and Yami hummed. "Never can get peace can we?"

"With us? No, old Pharoah and host. This world is still full of darkness and hate," Yami said and brushed his hand through Heba's hair. "Not you two though, you are the light here and in Egypt, Heba is their light. Whenever they know it or not. Nonetheless I will protect the both of you."

I smiled and couldn't help but the feeling of my cheeks slightly go warm. He always looks out for me, he's such a charmer to me. Walking across the ground, we were getting near the pier but decided to take a different route because I still didn't like water. But this night was feeling off, like a shadow was constantly following us, creeping behind our every step.

Everytime I looked back, no one was there but the feeling never went away. Yami tried to calm me down, but nothing worked.

This time, I heard footsteps behind us and instead of looking behind I grabbed Yami's hand started to run. "Yugi what is going o-"

"Shut up and run!!" I yelled and this woke up Heba who was on my back.

"Yugi? What's going on?" Heba asked and looked back. I heard him gasp and the grip on my shoulders got tighter. "A-Atemu...is behind us!"

"That's not him Heba!" I yelled and made sure I had a good hold of his legs. "His emotions have gotten the better of him! The darkness has taken over him!!"

Heba whimpered as he tucked his head into my neck and I heard he had began to cry. Atemu was starting to catch up and we were falling behind Yami. There was only one way we could take...was the pier. There was plenty of places t o hide there. But to be that close to the water... my legs had started to shake.

Yami was almost out of sight so I had no choice, I made a quick left. The footsteps followed behind and were closing in. I had to make a big move, so I slowed down until I dropped down. "Yugi what are you doing!?!" Heba yelled and tapped my shoulder. I took in a deep breath and wait for the time. But Heba moving around on top of me doesn't help. "Atemu...leave us alone!!!"

I felt something on my back and a shockwave came from my back. A lot of leaves fell and I heard a massive thud. I turned and saw Atemu was flat on his back so I took this time and got up back to running. I wanted to question what that was that came out of Heba, but now wasn't the time.

I could smell and hear the water, feeling myself getting sick. The clearing came into view and I could see it, Tristan's evil face and being in the water. The pain and suffering we all went through and the fact he isn't here anymore. I wanted to pass out, I felt dizzy but had to push forward.

Getting closer, I looked around and tried to find something to hide behind but I wasn't seeing anything that wasn't obvious. I saw a small boat and thought it would be good so I jumped in and tucked Heba away, ducking down myself to try and stay hidden.

"Yugi~~Come on, I know you're here somewhere. Why not come out and spend time with me?" Atemu called out and the boat rocked. I wanted to throw up, everything in my body was screaming at me to get out but I couldn't. "I will destroy every single boat here until you are out. And you know there isn't much boats here~~"

Color drained from my face as I heard an explosion. I covered Heba and a piece of wood smacked my back. I had to bite my tongue to not let a sound out as another explosion went off. He was two boats away from us.

"Last chance Yugi, come out and we can live peacefully~" Atemu let out and I continued with the silence. I heard Atemu laugh and the boat next to us blew up. I pulled Heba from the covers and into my arms ready to jump out.

I jumped out just in time as the boat blew up as we were under the water. I hoped that Heba had held his breath. A lot of the wood from the boat was sent flying around everywhere and one went right past my face cutting it.

Someone dived in, and I was thrown into a fight of panic as I saw it was Atemu that was in. He grabbed my wrist and I let go of Heba trying to fight him off, but even though we were under water his touch felt like lava.

One punch to my head, was all it took for me to be out clean. Not before I heard someone else dive in, buy my blurry vision blocked me from seeing who it was.

Poor Yugi having to face his most worst fear in order to protect Heba. But who was it that dived in after Atemu? What will happen?
