Jonah sat up in his bed as his alarm clock was blaring. This time, his dream changed a bit. The wolf stared across from him, but with these alarming blue eyes, giving off an electric blue eerie glow.

More details appeared on the beast's face this time. A scar above the left eye, not a serious scar, but slightly noticeable.

The wolf almost looked at Jonah with affection. Which Jonah found interesting, and a little creepy.

As he got up and ready for the day, he still wondered what meaning that silver wolf had in the dream.

Walking out the door he heard his mother say, "Jonah before you go, come in for a sec."

"What's up?" He asked.

"I just wanted to say I'm proud of you for going out of your comfort zone to make more friends. I love Logan, I just think having more friends is a good thing too." Rachel said, looking at her son with joy.

"Thanks mom, I'll try to hangout with people more." He said, hugging her.

"I love you so much Jonah." She whispered, hugging Jonah tightly.

He hugged her back. "I love you a ton too mom. I'll see you after school." He said, his mom stayed at home, and that was plenty of a job.

"Okay sweetie, have fun at school. Or, try to." Rachel said, stepping back.

"Will do." He said, walking out again.

Driving to school he hummed a random tune, he loved his parents, both were patient and kind.

Rachel and Steve had been together for twenty years, being high school sweethearts. Their passion and love brought Jonah into this world. Rachel, being able to only have Jonah, was grateful for him and her husband.

He thought back to all his childhood memories, he and his mother used to paint with water in the summer time, make houses for bugs in the spring time, in the fall he would go on walks with his parents, and then made snowball fortresses with both parents, he smiled thinking back to those times.

He felt closer with his mom then his dad, as she gave off a warm and friendly demeanor.

Hopping out of his car, he grabbed his things and entered the school. "Hi." Torian said from behind him in the hall.

He jumped, taken aback. He hadn't heard Torian's footsteps at all. "H-Hi."

"Thanks for last night again, I had fun." Torian said, stuffing his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah, I had fun too." Jonah said, blushing.

As he said this, he saw someone dashing away from the near lockers he and Torian were leaning on, they looked like they were in upset. He looked closer, and saw it was Logan.

He quickly followed Logan, entering the boy's restroom. He looked at Logan's tear streaked face, "Logan what's wrong?" He asked, worried.

"You promised me you wouldn't do anything stupid." Logan said, lip quivering.

"I didn't, I forgot to ask you or my parents for a ride, so he gave me one, then he came over to play video games." He said.

"Is that the truth?" Logan asked, his green eyes holding sorrow.

"Yeah, why are you so upset?" Jonah asked, not really understanding why.

"I don't see why you should be so upset at me for this. I mean, it doesn't really affect you. I appreciate you being protective, but you don't have to be, it's my life." He continued.

"You want to know why I'm so damn upset? I've been in love with you for six years. And for a second, I thought you really would've hurt yourself by hooking up with a guy who doesn't see what I see." Logan yelled, looking torn, his body trembling.

Jonah stood there in disbelief, "I thought you liked Dylan?" He asked.

"It was a lie, I don't like him." Logan muttered, wiping away the tears with his sleeve.

"Logan, I-"

"I need some time alone. Don't try to find me at lunch today." Logan said abruptly, walking out of the restroom.

Feeling overwhelmed, he walked out of the restroom feeling upset at himself.

Why couldn't he see it sooner? Feeling unsure about everything, he walked into the library.

"You okay?" Torian asked, walking beside him.

"No. I may have lost my best friend thanks to you." Jonah snapped.

"What why?" Torian asked, surprised.

"Because he didn't want me to get involved with you in any way. And I should've listened." He said and stormed off.

He had to fix this with Logan, he just didn't know how.
