We are on our way home now, we have come to the end of our time in Amsterdam. In a way I'm glad because I have no one to talk to right now. I didn't really get close to the other boys, Jack doesn't want to speak to me and when I try speaking to Mikey it's just awkward. It's never been awkward with me and Mikey, that's why I'm worried for us. I don't know if he has spoken to Jack or not, to be honest I don't even really wanna know.

I'm sitting with Brooklyn for this plane journey. So far he has been trying his best to cheer me up, failing each time. In the end I just smiled at him sadly and put my headphones over my head, the lyrics of ageing superhero blessing my ears. I stayed like that for the whole flight, just staring out the window as I listened to my music. I also did the same on the car journey back to the flat. I had no idea what to do once we got there. You could cut the tension with a knife. When both Mikey and Jack went to get their bags from the boot of the car, Jack hit Mikey's shoulder with his own, causing Mikey to almost drop his bags. He brushed of Jack's childish behaviour, rolling his eyes and walking up the stairs to the flat.

It's been almost silent for the two hours that we have been back home. The only time anyone spoke to each other was when Andy got up to make tea and asked if anyone else wanted one, we all just shook our heads, returning to what we were before occupied with. Mikey was watching something on his laptop, Brook was chatting to fans on twitter, Andy was listening to music with his headphones plugged in, Rye was watching Vampire Diaries and Jack was asleep, facing the wall so that he didn't have to look at anyone. I just sat on the sofa on my phone.

After a while I stand up and say "I'm gonna go get some fresh air" I get a few nods and glances, still... nobody talks. I nod to myself and stride out of the flat.

I'm sitting on a swing in the park outside, using the the cracked paving below to gently swing myself back and forth slightly. I have my phone to my ear, listening as it rings.

"Hey Liv, you ok?"

"Sam I don't know what to do"

"Oh Liv, what's happening now?"

"Nobody is talking! It's so quiet, I hate it. The boys are normally so lively and full of excitement"

"Maybe they are just tired ya know, they have just come back from doing gigs in another country"

"Yeah but the silence is never awkward like it is right now"

"Well do you know if Mikey and Jack have spoken to each other yet?"

"I have no idea, but they are being very cold towards each other"

"Maybe they just need time?"

"It's even awkward when I talk to Mikey" I tell her, completely ignoring what she just said.

"I don't know what to do"

"I know, I'm sorry for bothering you with this" I put my head in my hands, my hair falling around me.

"Never be sorry for anything like this, I wanna help, you know I do. Maybe it would just be best, for now, if you came home"

"I think I'll see what the next few days bring, I need to speak to Jack first before I leave to go anywhere"

"Ok, well I hope everything will turn out ok for you. Just tell me if you plan on coming home so that I can pick you up from the air port"

"Will do, thanks Sam" just as I hang up I hear the padding of feet coming towards me. I see the person, out of the corner of my eye, sit down on the swing next to me.
