Dallas' POV
My look of disbelief turns into fits of laughter as I laugh like a maniac in front of her.
She frowns deeply and folds her arms over her chest.
"We need to stop this."
"Look I won't deny that I pranked you. It seemed really amusing watching you look so paranoid but trying keep your cool. I loved the show." I say drying my eyes from all the laughter.
"I'm serious we need to stop trying to prank each other if not we would just end up in an endless circle." She complains setting her hands on her hips.
"What do you suggest we do?"
We both think for a moment. Then a sly grin creeps up Yvonne's face.
"Diss battle!!!!" She screams making my ear drums vibrate and beg for mercy to come out of my ears.
"What's a diss battle and why do I feel like that word 'diss' isn't even in the dictionary?" I shout still recovering from the shock of the scream and trying to unclog my ears with my pinky finger.
Yvonne stares at me in shock. "You don't know what a diss battle is?"
"That game seems made up."
She rolls her eyes as usual and says "It's only you of all people that will doubt me."
"Of course it is. That's what people that hate each other do." I reply in a duh tone.
"Just shut up and listen-"
"Okay, tigress." I say twitching my lips.
She glares at me and continues "As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted by some cockroach infested bug, (Yeah I know that makes no sense) here's how the game will go. We use different comebacks and insults to each other to the best extent possible.
"Whoever loses has to concede to one request of the other person to do whatever the person wants, but only one thing. If one fails to complete it, the other will continue his trouble on the other person meaning his/her pranks and the other person can't do anything about it."I just stare at her, mouth agape. Yvonne says everything she says in approximately five seconds. I know. Shocking. But she did. I wonder how she didn't gasp for air the minute she finished.
Also I have to add that I calculated the duration she spent saying all of that but my brain for the first time in a while didn't get a single thing she said.
"Huh?"
"What?"
"I don't understand."
"I won't repeat myself."
"Just say it a little slowly this time."
"Fine."
It's interesting how she is always gullible to me. Although I have to admit that I'm also guilty of that. Considering how she convinced me almost too easily to join her on that little adventure.
She repeats it to me slowly this time as though talking to a child and it begins to make sense.
I like the insulting part. It will reveal everything I've been keeping inside regarding my dislike for her.
"Let's start right now." I say with all determination.
"Start what?" Alex asks as he walks into the living room.
"A diss battle." Yvonne replies.
"Diss battle? I like that." Alex says as he plops himself on the couch next to me.
