"I'm sorry"

Luke:
It happened again. Luke's heart broke and he came running to you. It's happened multiple times before but you wish that it would stop. You wish that he can just look in front of him and see what he's missing. That he can see that you have been there for him all along. You've helped him get through all the ups and downs. You were sitting on the couch in your house with Luke. He was crying into your shoulder.

"Why can't somebody love me?" Luke asked. Your heart broke. You hated seeing luke like this-bright red eyes and year stained cheeks.

"People do love you," you tell him.

"Like who?"

"Your family, your friends, me..." you say casually.

"You mean it?"

"I do," you responded.

"Thanks, you always know how to make me feel a bit better," Luke said in a hushed tone.

"I really do love you," you said so quietly, you assumed he wouldn't hear. You soon found out that your assumptions were wrong and he did hear. He looked up at you with a hopeful look on his face. He slowly leaned towards you, hoping that you would get the hint that he loved you back and wanted to kiss you. You thought about it but stood up and stepped back quickly.

"Luke, I love you but I don't want to be your back up plan," you said quietly, stepping back every few words.

"Im sorry." And with that said you ran into your room, leaving Luke on the couch with thoughts flying everywhere around his head.

Niall and a boy

Calum:
"So that's the girl that Calum wants to lose his virginity to?" Niall asks Ashton as he stares at you. Calum took both of the boys to a club that he knew you'd be at. He hasn't seen you in a while so he thought he'd make it seem like he's running into you. He really found out where you'd be from Mali, but you don't need to know that.

"If that's Y/N than yeah," Ashton answers, "she looks a bit different from the last time we saw her." They all watch you talk to a guy as you stand by the bar with a drink in your hand. You're wearing a right black dress and bright red lipstick which made you look a lot older than 17.

"She doesn't look like a virgin, bud," Niall says as he gives Calum a little nudge.

"I promise she is!" Calum says defensively.

"I just know it," he adds.

"Go talk to her," Niall says, "we can't just stare all night."

Ashton:
"Just one date!" the curly haired boy repeated.

"I already said no!" you replied.

"It'll be fun, I promise! If it's not fun then you don't have to talk to more or see me ever again," he offered. You looked at him from head to toe. You wanted to say yes but you didn't. You were so conflicted because you knew that he would be one of those douchebag guys in a band.

You finally settled on an answer, "you get one chance, one date and that's it." You looked him in the eyes.

"I know this wont be the last date, though," Ashton answered with that cocky attitude of his.

"I also knew you'd say yes, eventually."

"And how'd you know that?" you questioned.

"I just knew it."

A million hooks around a million ways to die

Michael:
It's a fact that there are a million ways to die and right now Michael was experiencing one of them. Even though you and Michael broke up two months ago, it still hurt when he saw you in another guy's arms. Michael walked into (a random clothing store) with Calum by his side when he heard that familiar giggle he knew all too well. He knew who it was but with one look, he could make sure he was right. So he turned his head to look in the direction of the source of the laugh and he saw you. You were probably the last person he wanted to see but as soon as he laid his eyes on you that thought changed. You were now the first person that Michael wanted to see, even with that guy glaring him down, and that thought didn't change.
