Tyler frowned at Evan and pushed his hands away. Evan laughed and walked back to his own desk.
"I thought you hated me."
"I do hate you." -Evan admitted.
"Then why wouldn't you let me escape? That way I would be fucking miles away from you." -Tyler said.
"Yeah, but you're a criminal. And I never let criminals escape. That would be completely against my nature if I let you get away." -Evan explained.
"What? So it's all for your own merit?" -Tyler asked sarcastically.
"Yep. What, you think I would be doing it for your own good?"
"No, I thought you'd be doing it to piss me off."
"That's just a plus." -Evan joked, making Tyler roll his eyes.
"What are you doing on the computer anyway?" -Evan asked.
"Preparing my escape plan." -Tyler said, shooting Evan a smirk which Evan found annoying.
"Prepare all you want, you're not getting away." -Evan said and turned back to his own computer.
"That's what you think. You don't know what I'm capable of, bitch." -Tyler said, causing Evan to scoff and look at him.
"You're right, I don't. Just like you don't know what I'm capable of." -Evan challenged.
Tyler looked towards him.
"You really think-"
He was cut off by the sound of the door opening. David and Brock walked in.
"Getting along?" -David joked as he closed the door behind them.
Tyler rolled his eyes and turned away from Evan, back to his computer and quickly hiding evidence just in case they decide to check what he was doing.
Evan leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes, deciding not to pay attention to David's presence.
"Come on, grow up." -David said and chuckled.
"You shouldn't be the one saying that." -Brock commented.
"Hey! Neither should you!" -David retorted, and Brock just shrugged.
"Anyway, this is agent Reed, but you can adress him as Brock. And he has some questiones for you Tyler." -David said, which slightly peeked Tyler's interest.
"Do you know your pal Lui?" -Brock asked.
"What about him?" -Tyler asked, in an irritated tone.
"We found some of your other accomplices dead in an abandoned factory this morning. And we just got the video footage of what happened in there, so take your guess." -Brock said, crossing his arms and put on a neutral expression.
"What does this have to do with Lui? You think he killed them?" -Tyler asked suspiciously.
"Well, not exactly. But his allies sure did."
Brock walked over to Tyler's computer and plugged in a flash drive into it. After loading it in, he selected a video and pressed play.
As he distanced himself to watch from behind him, Evan boredly leaned over to watch too, while David left the room to make a phone call.
And it played out just like Brock said. Tyler recognized his own gang members as soon as they came into the view of the camera.
He also quickly recognized Lui's gang members as soon as they appeared out of nowhere and began fighting.
