Those being the first words that Nick spoke ever since he was brought here just made Tyler's urge to kill him even bigger.

Evan sat down at the chair opposite of Nick and grabbed the files on the table, flipping through them.

"What the hell are you smirking for asshole?" -Tyler cussed at him angrily.

"How's life as a police brat going for ya? -Nick mocked.

Tyler clenched his fists and narrowed his eyes.

"Calm down. He's in a much worse position than you." -Evan said casually and placed the files back down onto the table.

Nick looked at Evan distastefully but Evan, already used to this, stayed unfazed.

"So, Mr.Adams, you've been caught at an abandoned house outside the town surrounded by illegal drugs and weapons. Care to explain why?" -Evan questioned, while Tyler took a seat next to him.

Nick chuckled and looked over at Tyler again, smirking evilly.

"Ask him. He knows." -He spoke.

Evan looked at him suspiciously and turned to Tyler.

"If you know something, say it now."

Tyler rolled his eyes and turned to him.

"Me and Lui run a drug and weapon trafficing business. Well, used to. We would bring them over outside of town and stored them in abandoned houses, before selling them off to our clients." -Tyler explained, and saw that Evan's nose crinkled in disgust.

"Hey, I gotta make money somehow. Plus it's not as easy as it sounds." -Tyler added.

"Yeah, because you just couldn't get a job at Subway or something." -Evan replied.

"Like that's gonna make me enough of a living to be able to pay off those fucks who rip us off daily with bills." -Tyler retorted.

Tyler and Evan started arguing while Nick watched them across the table with an amused look on his face.

On the other hand, David was losing his shit on the other side of the glass.

"They got him to speak just as soon as they walked in! I couldn't get him to talk for fifteen minutes for fuck's sake, and I was screaming my lungs out!" -David said.

Brock observed the trio in the questioning room while he tried so hard not to laugh at his partner's ranting.

"Relax David, that's because Tyler and Nick know each other." -Brock tried to sort of comfort him.

"But I've been doing this job for two years already and only once failed to make a criminal talk by yelling at them. And that one criminal was deaf."

At this, Brock couldn't help but laugh, and he was soon struggling to breathe from laughing so hard.

David just sighed in frustration and glanced back at the trio in the room.

"We're gonna have to question Tyler later too."

Brock looked at David curiously.

"Why? We were told that it wasn't necessary."

"Yeah, but that's because we only thought he was the freelance-type criminal. But just now he mentioned that he and Lui used to run a drug and weapon trafficing business."

Brock nodded in understanding and turned to look back into the room.

Back inside the questioning room, Evan and Tyler's verbal fight became even more ridiculous. They were fighting about whcih pizza toppings were better, when they were interrupted by Nick clearing his throat.

"I'm not selling out Lui, so you might as well throw me into a jail cell already. I'd rather go to prison then watch this circus you two are making right now." -Nick said.

"So you'd rather have a longer jail sentence than giving out a little information?" -Evan questioned, looking at Nick as if he was the dumbest person in the world.

"No, I'd rather go to jail then be killed by him personally." -Nick spoke genuinely.

Tyler folded his arms on the table and stared at him.

"Why is Lui mad at me? What did I do?" -Tyler asked.

Nick, being the smug asshole he was, smirked mockingly at him.

"Why don't you ask him yourself?"

Tyler clenched his fists again.

"Oh wait, you can't. He's the most untraceable man L.A. has ever heard of. And you can't contact him anymore." -Nick said, letting out a fake chuckle.

"But that doesn't matter. You already know why he sold you out, don't you Tyler?" -He spoke in a malicious tone.

Tyler has had enough. He stood up and threw the strongest punch he could muster at Nick's, making Nick fall out of his chair.

Before Tyler jumped over the table and went full Hulk mode at him, Evan stood up and held his arm firmly.

"Calm down." -He simply said.

Tyler looked over at him and Evan saw the rage filling Tyler's eyes, yet he held onto his arm and held his gaze.

The door opened and David ans Brock came rushing in.

"Okay, I think that's enough." -Brock said and walked towards Nick along with David.

They picked him up and sat him back down onto the chair. His nose was bleeding, and it looked broken.

"I'm not sure if the chief will find this disappointing or hilarious." -Brock commented, inspecting Nick's broken nose.

"Let's hope it's the latter." -Davis said.

He walked to the pair and started pushing them towards the door.

They started walking out the door, but managed to hear one last chuckle from Nick before Brock closed the door behind them.

David walked them back into the room that looked into the interrogation room.

"Well that was...intense." -David said.

"You think? He's a maniac who can't hold back his rage, and you wanted him to work for the law enforcement?" -Evan asked, feeling annoyed.

Tyler just stayed silent and leaned against the wall, crossing his arms.

"Evan, here at LAAU, anything that gets you answers goes." -Brock said.

"What?" -Evan asked.

"Yeah. Of course, there are limitations that you can't kill the ones being interrogated, or anything like that. But most agents didn't go beyond yelling, psychology manipulation and sometimes a few punches and threats." -Brock explained.

Evan looked baffled at his words, and David and Brock just laughed at his reaction.

"It's already this late, you should probably take them to their new apartment." -Brock commented, looking at his wrist watch.

"Yeah, you're right." -David agreed, glancing at the wall clock in the room.

"Come on, let's go you two. I promise you'll like the place when we get there." -David said, grinning a little.
