So you say "I kidnapped the wrong person?"

After Anubis said his name he was gone. I turn to face Sonic and he is terrified. I guess he knows something about Egypt. I know that I sure don't. I was about to ask him if he's OK but little did I know that someone was behind me and knocked me out before I could say anything.

When I woke up I saw that I was in a cage. I looked around but I saw no sign of Sonic anywhere. Thats when out of nowhere Anubis suddenly appeared in front of me. He was so fast I couldn't even see him at all nor did the wind catch up to him. The wind he created was no where to be found.

"How is it that you are a normal human and are dating a guardian?" Anubis asked me.

"I...I just am." I say terrified for my own well being.

"Why do you look so terrified? Is it that....no....could I have killed you in the future?"

"Wh....what?"

"Little girl. You are not a monster so you wouldn't know this. So let me explain to you what a curse of mine is. The full explanation. I tell it to everyone I will kill in the near future." he starts.

I get really worried for not me this time. But for Sonic. The reason I'm terrified of him is because for the nightmares I've been having he was the one who killed Sonic. I watched his cold black eyes not even show any emotions at all as he put his hand through Sonic's chest and smashed Sonic's heart in his hands.

"I have found what I thought was the fountain of youth. However it was not. The truth of it was that I found the exact opposite of the fountain of youth. For you see I was once a normal man. Back in Egypt I was actually a slave. However I do not remember the name I once had. Everyone worshiped our gods. So did I. Then one day I found a scroll that I thought was written by the gods themselves and was meant for me. So I followed the instructions on the scroll. Little did I know that it would lead me to the cursed fountain of the dead. I followed the instructions and took a drink from the fountain. Thats when I lost my name and my life changed into one of an immortal monster. Who's fate is to kill individuals trying to change fate. As punishment for them they see their deaths ahead of time in their dreams. Once they see it they know that everything is over. They try to live lives to their fullest until I come to kill them. However it is only monsters who see their deaths. So how can a human girl like you see her death by my hands?"

He turns around to look at me with those black eyes. There's no light at all in them. I saw in his eyes he was saying the truth. However I do not know what to do. So what do I do? I don't think and explain how I see him killing Sonic in my dreams. He gets a smile on his face after hearing this. Then he picks me up and hugs me.

"Oh this is the most wonderful news I've heard of my entire immortal life! So I kill Sonic yes? Oh joyous days! So the being I've been searching for has finally come into being! Thank you for this girl. Please tell me your name."

He looks at me and I see in his eyes a new found ray of hope. "My name is Mary. Mary Star."

"Ah Mary. No one has ever had another dream of their death. Only one could ever do that. However that is something that you are not aloud to know or else it will change. Do not tell Sonic about your dreams or else he will not be the only one to die. I am sorry but I need this to stay a secret. Now tell me what was the weather like?"

"It was a giant lightning storm with a big downpour while all three of us where in this canyon looking place. At first I thought it was the grand canyon but it was somewhere else that I do not recognize."

"That place with those conditions...Sonic will die in two days. Now I am going to take you home. And all you will say to Sonic was that I took you to hear the truth about what kind of monster he was and how you know him. If you say anything else he will die right then and their. Understand?"

I nod my head. With that I was now standing in front of my house. I started to blink because it was already night time. I didnt have my phone so I couldn't check the time. Thats when Sonic comes out of my house with my parents. All three run to me and hug me. They all have tears in their eyes and I don't understand why.

"Mary what happened! Who took you! And why did they take you for so long!?" My parents asked me. I look to Sonic.

"You've been gone for three weeks Mary." I gasp in shock. Then Sonic leaned towards me and whispered in my ear, "I told them that you where kidnapped before you got on the by and I tried to follow you hut the kidnappers shook me off. What happened? What took you?" He asks me worriedly.

"I don't know what happened mom and dad. All I know is that I was walking to the bus then I fell asleep. And then I woke up standing right here in front of the house." I kiss Sonics cheek then I whisper back to him, "I'll tell you when we are alone. It has to do with your work." Sonic nods and my parents go inside the house as happy as can be.

I turn to Sonic and give him a big hug. Then I kiss him goodnight and run into my house to be with my family.
