First Love [Luke Hemmings]

Chp 15

"Well it's nice for you to join us Anne" my choir teacher spoke as I walked in class after 1 week of missing school.

"Glad to be here" I gave him a small smile. I walked over to Luke &blew him a kiss but instead of sitting with him I went to sit with Luis #2 because I haven't talked to him about our song since the teacher assigned it to us.

"Hey Luis!" I walked up to him

"Anne hey!" he gave a huge smile as he hugged me "I thought you were going to leave me alone on this one"

"You swear" I laughed "it's my grade too"

"I know I know. I just wanted to take the credit you know" he winked at me but he was terrible. I burst out in laughter because he literally had to blink both eyes. "what?!"

"You know you winked both eyes right?" I told him as I repeated his actions.

"Man...i ain't slick" he covered his face with his hands but started laughing.

"Ohh Luis, you are so weird" I chuckled "did you already choose the verses you are going to sing?" I asked while taking out the lyrics out of my folder.

"Well I did but I changed the song. if that's okay with you?"

Well shit.

"The other one was toooooooo depressing that I decided to sing this one" he gave me a small smile as he secretly passed me the new song lyrics.

"Is it top secret?" I laughed.

"No it isn't. it's just that...." he looked at the lyrics then looked around making sure no one was near us "I don't want no one to know I hear this song" he whispered.

Was it a girlie band that he was listening too? was it such lovable song that our fellow students will think I picked it?

I start opening the paper with the lyrics to our new song &I'm surprised at what the song is.

"Young &Beautiful Luis?" I gave him a small smirk.

"Heyyy! shhhh!" We laughed "yeah I love it" he smiled.

"Well okay then. Let's start shall we?"

For the first 30min of class me &Luis have been hearing &deciding what verses to sing. Every once in a while I would look over to see Luke who would already be starring at me but I would also see him with Luis. They don't really talk to each other that much but because of the project they kinda have too.

Lukes POV

"Why isn't she sitting with you Luke?" I heard Luis's voice over my shoulder.

"She is probably working with Luis about their song" I turned around &faced him. even though I didn't like him I still had to be friends with him.... for Anne.

"Do you have an idea for a song?" I asked him

"Nope, I was going to ask you the same thing"

"I know Luis" I blurted out.

"What?" he looked at me with a confused look. Of course he isn't going to know what I'm talking about.

"I know about Anne Luis" I looked at him then to Anne. She looked so happy. She was looking through some papers that Luis has given her as he skimmed through his ipod.

"W-what are you talking about?" I started noticing the nervousness in his voice & he started fidgeting.

"I know what Anne has &don't act stupid with me" I looked at me "don't tell her I know"

"Wait... she doesn't know you know?"

I shook my head as I looked at Anne, she looked so happy.

"What are you going to do?"

"I'm going to sing a song" I took out my phone &skimmed through my playlist till I found it "we are going to sing a song" I hand him my phone.

"It's should be just you singing this song Luke, not me" he shook his head "She is with you.."

"But she was with you too" I looked up to him "it's a perfect way to show my feelings towards her &to say how you felt about her when you were together or whatever you were"
