Chapter 3: Familiar Faces (Fate)

When we woke up again we were in the middle of a road. Just out in the open. Yashiro groans and rubs his head

"Why with the damn gas? If I wanted to be gassed I'd-"

He got cut off by that voice from before.

"I see everyone is awake now." The voice laughs "Anyways, let me introduce everyone. If you would all kindly look at the screens on the buildings." Yashiro and I looked at one of the big screens that was on the side of one of the buildings. The voice would then begin introducing the players of the game, giving explanations for each person in this game.

Team 1- Yin Raijin and Yashiro Yamato.
Yin is the Ultimate Bounty Hunter and went to the famous Hope's Peak. She was noticed for her amazing skills and techniques as as Bounty Hunter. Rumors say that she was originally going to be the next Ultimate Guardian.

Yashiro is dubbed by some people as the Ultimate Survivor although he is not officially named that. Yashiro was a participant in the famous game called The Detective Hunt. After taking a bullet to the head he miraculously survived and managed to escape without Ultimate Despair noticing. He is more famously known as The Lady Killer. Although he is very handsome and a chick magnet, this man literally kills woman. To be specific, married woman. Bad man, right? Reports that were hidden to the public though show that Yashiro only kills cheating wives! Maybe he's not so bad after all...

Team 2- Alice Otonashi and Sena Raijin.
Alice is a famous spy who has taken on millions of missions and rarely fails. She had to leave her husband and son to continues her work as a spy. Little did she know that her husband was a complete psycho and experimented on her son like a guinea pig! She returned home to reunite with her son, and her husband was dead, killed by the now empty shell of a boy.

Sena is the most recent former Ultimate Guardian and was Alice's partner in the spy buisness. She worked with Alice for years until one day Alice had to return home. Sena went with her and settled down with her and her son. She would take the role as the boy's mistress and train him to be the next Ultimate Guardian, although he wasn't a Raijin.

Team 3- Ares Raijin and Rin Yukisura.
Ares is the Master of Sena Raijin and a former Ultimate Guardian. Don't underestimate this senior citizen! Although he is quite old he is still one of the most dangerous and murderous people in the world. He went missing after he passed the torch to Sena, until recently he was found in the wastelands of Japan and brought to Shitai City!

Rin is the sister of a very famous figure in the ranks of Ultimate Despair. Or at least was. Rin was a member of Ultimate Despair until her and her sister betrayed them and began following their own path. They settled down in Shitai City and waited for the day a certain someone would come for them. Don't underestimate this kid. She's small and adorable but incredibly deadly.

Team 4- Yinkuma and Yangkuma.
These two bears of full black and white are the mascots of this game but that doesn't mean they aren't saved from this! These two bears are tricksters and will betray you the first moment they get. Two girls were already betrayed by these two despairful bears!

Team 5- Azura Otonashi and Suki Yukisura.

Azura is the current Ultimate Guardian and is a very important man in this game. After being tortured by his father for almost 3 years straight, he broke free and was turned into the Ultimate Guardian after years of training. He was originally borned to become the Ultimate Killing Machine but the world had other plans for him. He participated in not only one, but a second killing game which he would also survive! What luck! He would then form the Future Foundation with his friends in a sad excuse to save the world and bring the world to a new future.

Suki Yukisura is a fucking whore. That's all........ fine. I'll give a proper explanation. Suki Yukisura is the Ultimate Seductress and a professional Azura Fanboy. Her dream is to marry him and probably have like a bazillion kids with him or something. She was the Mastermind of The Detective Hunt and betrayed Ultimate Despair for her own reasons.

Team 6- Arvo Krueger and...
Wait what?! His partner was already killed? For fucks sake... Arvo is a surgeon who is known in this new world as The Mad Surgeon. He does weird and disturbing experiments on innocent people and displays his works along his workshop. Despite his age he will still catch you and happily skin you alive.

"And that is our players in this exciting game of life and death... kill or be killed!" The voice cheers happily "Now... please bring your attention to the Mission Bangles."

Yashiro and I press the button and our first mission was given

Eliminate All of Team 4, Yinkuma and Yangkuma
