Prologue: The City of Despair

In the world of ruin, completely taken by Despair, was a town where the baddest of criminals, thugs, and killers all stayed. It was almost normal. Almost. There were buildings, brothels, clubs, supermarkets, and such. But criminal activity went unpunished. It was truly a city of freedom to do whatever you want although it was filled with death if you messed with the wrong people. Something happened one day. Suddenly all the people dissapeared except for 15 of them.

"Thats all the information we have Sir." A man in a black suit and black glasses reported. "...We think she is there sir."

My ahoge twitches. "...How can you tell?" So this is why I was called suddenly for this private meeting between certain people.

"Sir, this came in suddenly." He slides a usb across the table and I plug it into my computer. A video clip was attatched to a file from the usb. It was a clip of her running with what looked like a full black Monokuma. This was the intel I needed.

I sigh and nod "....Alright. Get the helicopter ready." I get up from my seat as I was escorted to the heli pad where the helicopter waited. I got in and we took off to this city. 15 people huh? Im getting some deja vu. This very well could be trap seeing Monokuma's were involved. Oh well. I waited years for this moment. Although it may be walking into death this was something I needed to finish.
