Chapter XXXVII

Mikayla wakes up and and sees that her head is on Alex's chest.  Alex has a an arm wrapped around her waist and her other hand is intertwined with hers.  She sees that her other hand is holding Alex's torso.  The memories from last night come flooding back to her and she smiles.  She giggles and gets out of bed.  She walks into the bathroom to take a shower.  

Alex wakes up and looks to her right.  She sees that Mikayla isn't there.  She looks around and sees that her clothes are gone also.  Alex mutters, "Was I really that bad?"  Alex gets up and throws on the clothes she had on yesterday.  She goes to her closet and grabs some clean clothes.  Alex hears the bathroom door open and sees Mikayla walk out in the clothes she had on yesterday.  Mikayla smiles and says, "Hey I woke up before you and figured you could use the sleep.  I took a shower, hope you don't mind."

Alex smiles back and says, "I don't mind.  Speaking of showers, I should probably take one."  Mikayla walks over to Alex and wraps her arms around Alex's neck.  Alex wraps her arms around Mikayla's waist.  "Last night was amazing" Mikayla says.  "I couldn't agree more" Alex replies.  Alex leans down and captures Mikayla's lips in hers.  "I'm glad you were my first" says Mikayla after the kiss.  Alex says, "Same here Mika."

After Alex takes a shower and a mini make out session, Alex and Mikayla exit the Poseidon cabin hand in hand.  Mikayla asks, "Are you ready?"  Alex looks at Mikayla and says, "As ready as I'll ever be."  They walk to the eating area.  No one has noticed them yet.  Everyone is either to busy eating or talking with friends.  Alex takes a deep breath and nods at Mikayla.  Mikayla and Alex walk over to the Ares and Hermes table, which happen to be somewhat close to each other, and stop.

"Hey" Alex says to no one in general.  "Mikayla your-" Carly goes to say until she looks up and sees Alex.  Carly's mouth hangs open in shock.  Carly whispers once she is over her shock, "Oh my gods."  "Carly, are you-" Miles stops when he sees Alex. Alex smiles and waves at him.  A huge smile breaks onto Miles face.  Miles yells, "Alex!"  He jumps up, runs over, and hugs Alex.  When Miles yells that everyone stops talking and looks over.  Everyone is shocked.  They either gasp or start whispering to each other.  Chiron walks over and says, "What is going-Alex...."
