Percy POV:

"Let's prove it then, shall we?"
I stood, facing her challenge. Then sat back down again. "No thanks."
She stared for a moment, before replying. "Why not?"
"Don't feel like it." Truthfully, I just didn't want to give them confirmation. Because if Zeus 2.0 over there is with them, I'm willing to bet they have something that could restrain godly magic.
"Well, that's too bad. It doesn't seem like you have a choice." Natasha made the threat clear now. Splendid.
I simply sighed and stood. Natasha -huh, I liked Redhead better- led me out of my cozy little cell, and down a hallway, with the god and the two other men keeping a close watch. This hallway was desolate, only the odd suit-clad agent came passed us. Typically throwing a glance of wariness my way.
We arrived at normal looking door a few moments later. When Natasha opened it and walked in, I scanned the room. No windows, an extra door with a label marking the room behind it for storage, a large mat taking up most of the space on the floor, and a small table. She picked up two swords lying on the table. Where they came from, I didn't know, but my hand drifted toward Riptide in my pocket.
Natasha stared at me, assessing. "On the highway, you pulled a sword from thin air. Do it again."
I did my best to look confused, "What, no I didn't."
"Yes, you did. Or maybe from your pocket?" She said, with a pointed glance at my hand, which was in my pocket, clutching Riptide. I hadn't even noticed. Rolling my eyes, I pulled my hand from my pocket and unravelled it, revealing the pen-sword.
"Nat, that's just a pen. Nothing special." Tony stated the obvious again.
But Thor shot a quizzical look at me. He should feel the aura of power around the pen, so why didn't he say anything?
"Let me see it." I handed the pen to Natasha after she put one of the swords she was holding on the table. Although I wasn't worried about them confiscating it, there's the aforementioned magic restraints. She turned it over in her hand, probably trying to read the Greek lettering, then uncapped it.
Thor, who was standing right beside me now, instead of by the wall with Tony and Doctor Banner, let out a small gasp. He saw the sword. Why didn't he say anything?
Much to my surprise, it was Doctor Banner who spoke up. "Um, Nat, you don't seem to see the sword."
She glanced up from the pen, "The what? This is just a pen."
Tony didn't seem to see anything either, if the confusion all over his face was anything to go by. I let out a greek curse under my breath. If Doctor Banner could see through the mist, then I'd have to drop the act, and clearly he could.
Regretfully, I let out a small chuckle. "Ok so maybe it's not just a pen."
Natasha narrowed her eyes, "What." I simply shrugged, I wasn't going to explain how Riptide worked.
"Nat, Tony, Thor, can't you guys see the huge glowing sword blade right in front of you?" I felt a little bad for Doctor Banner, he seemed nice, and now I'm pretty sure if I hadn't said anything he'd either send himself to get a mental exam or demand answers from the rest of his colleagues.
I glanced at Thor, surely he knew it was Riptide, if not at the very least he could definitely see it, so once again, why wasn't he saying anything?
