She walked through the crowded halls of her collage in a big grey sweater and tights, simple but she was unnoticed by most except one.
He caught her eyes. She missed his face, his personality everything about him, but his eyes followed her, nothing else. His feet didn't chase after her like she wished he did, but he had every right not to comeback for her.
She headed to class, where Shawn was in most of her classes. He sat in the back corner not beside her like he used to.
Two people who were madly in love were now complete strangers. And she hated the thought of him never coming back, but it was her fault, it was all her fault.
As class ended Camila quickly ran out of class to avoid Shawn, she knew he wanted to talk to her, but she wasn't ready.
As she ran she bump into someone casing her to fall down.
She heard a sweet and beautiful voice apologizing to her. She then realized it was a friend, Hailee.
"Camila?" She questioned
"Hey Hailee" She said
"You don't look well what's wrong" Hailee said helping Camila gather her belongings off the ground and then helping her up
"Like you'd wanna know" Camila said
"Look, I know we may not be the closes friends, but I do care Camila" Hailee said and gave Camila a sincere look.
Camila grabbed Hailee's arm and ran outside where they walked around in silence.
"Sooooo. What's wrong" Hailee asked curiously
"I broke up with Shawn" Camila blurted out
"What, really? Why?" She asked
"Listen after Cameron and what he does I couldn't look at Shawn anymore it just got to much" she said
"Does Shawn know about it" Hailee asked once again
"No" Camila mumbled
"What?! You have to let him know" Hailee raises her voice in shock
"How? I have no proof. How can I go to the police I have no evidence."
"Hun, your lip is busted open and no matter how much makeup you put on. Up close we can see the bruises" Hailee exclaimed, Camila softly touched her cheek
"That's proof" Hailee said
"I know. But I'm scared"
"It's okay to be scared"
"I'm always scared"
"We will conquer this together."
"Thank you"
