I wake up Saturday morning in a good mood. It was a nice day for Cleo and CJ and I was really happy for them.
"Get out of bed." I tell Desi who got up and ready just to return to bed.
"Hmmmm. I'm tired. Did you forget what you did to me last night? My body hurt." She says making me chuckle.
"Come on now."
"I'm coming." She says sitting up pushing her hair into a ponytail. "Happy."
"Yep. I am so happy." I say pulling her hugging her.
"Lets go." She says putting her slippers on. Downstairs at the breakfast buffet was everyone. I sat down next to my mom and took Zain from her hugging him. "You're so cute." I tell him. "You okay?" I ask like he'd answer me. He just babbles away and licks my face before Desi holds him who sits across of me.
"How was dinner?" Alex asks. "Good. Good." I say. "We went swimming. The twins and I. I saw a dead rat. This big." Alex tells us. "Swimming all you guys did?" I ask seeing Sam looking tired and Sophia's eyes low. "The legal drinking age is 18." Mason says laughing.
"Hey you guys- Nick right? Im Denise. Cleo's maid of honor. I just wanted to let you guys know that it starts at 5 oclock. Dont be late. Aw, what a beautiful baby." She then carries on as she smiles at Zain. "Girl- no bread today. Our dresses!" She says as she takes away Desi's plate.
"Eh- give me back my food." Desi says but Denise was long gone put the plate in the trash. Desi hands Alex Zain getting up. I could see on her face she was pissed the fuck off.
"Desi-" I say grabbing her as she tried walking past me. "Chill- shes just being extra." I chuckle finding this funny. It was becoming a problem containing Desi as I was seated and she stood next to me. She slips out of my arm. "Shit." I say getting up running after her. I grab her waist and pull her back within the crowd of people. "Its not worth ruining their wedding over. Come on."
"Okay..." she says sighing as she walks back with me.
"See how easy it is for Blu to calm down." Mason teases me. "I wouldve been tearing those tables down." I say and the guys laugh.
Everyone just chilled during the morning into the afternoon. I barely saw everyone as I kept being send on errands.
"Hey. CJ send me to ask if you guys have seen his shoes?" I ask walking into the girls room after I knocked and they let me in. "Is he serious?" Cleo asks. "I'm not marrying him in his air forces. He better believe that."
"So is that a no?" I ask her as she sat on the chair getting her make up done. "I havent seen them Nick." She says and I nod. "Tell him to check the bags." She says as she gives me instructions but I zoned out as my eyes fell on Desi who was putting her heels on.
She looked breath takingly beautiful. Her hair was in a high long ponytail as she wore a cream and gold dress that was shining down the ankles.
"Wow." I say staring at her. She looks up and smiles at me. She walks up to me and puts her arms around my neck kissing my lips. "You better find CJ's shoes before Cleo rips your head off." She says and I chuckle. "Its fine- if they dont get married. We can." I say and she chuckles and playfully shoves me back. "Was that a marriage proposal Nicholas?" Cleo says.
"Can you smile?" Desi says as she tries to take a picture with me.
