*Gray's POV*

Everywhere I go, she's always there to follow.

"Gray-sama!~" I sighed knowing it was her. I turned around and saw her running at me. "Yes Juvia?" She grabbed my arm and snuggled into it, "nothing I just wanted to be next to you."

I don't get it. Why is she always following me? She says because she likes me, but what did I do to get her attention? I didn't ask her to feel this way about me. It's honestly kind of annoying.

I kept walking knowing that nothing will pry her off of me.  I was used to it, I ignored it because I didn't want to get her hopes up. It was a usual thing for us: she's clingy, I'm nonchalant. It was like that until a certain pink headed idiot changed it.

     "Yo Gray?!" Natsu leaned over and whispered to me so only I heard, I looked at him showing I was listening to him. "Just date her already, she won't give up. Besides, you seem used to it already." I looked at him harshly, "shut up flamebrain!" I whispered yelled, "I don't feel that way!" Before he could respond, the clinging blunette spoke, "oh! Juvia just remembered she wanted to try something! Gray-sa-"

     "Juvia." I spoke before she could finish. I know I should directly deny her, I can't keep this up. Everyday I try to ignore her, her attempts will just continue. This has to end now. I pulled my arm out of her grasp, "you need to stop. You and I are not together, I don't think we ever will be, so you should stop trying."

     She looked at me, nothing came out, not even a single breath. I decided to let her accept what I said. I walked away to the bar, hoping she'd understand.

     Although I walked away, I could still hear from this range. It seems like she was about to cry because Natsu started talking to her, "h-hey it's ok, don't cry please. Gray's just an asshole...he doesn't really understand these types of feelings...don't worry about it."  You're one to talk, you don't even understand your feelings for Lucy. Tch, I'm not an asshole you dumbass.

     "J-Juvia feels bad, s-she ruined Gray-sama's happiness." Juvia sniffed, trying to hold back her tears. That didn't work out so well, although she didn't cry, a storm was happening outside. Natsu stiffened, "don't think about it........hey! Earlier you were talking about something you wanted to try! Did you want to now? I can watch." What was this lunatic trynna do? "B-but Juvia needs a second p-person to try it." She started wiping away the tears that fell. "Well I can be the second person? Let's try it!" Jeez Natsu, quit trying, she just has to get through it. It won't make her feel better.  Juvia immediately perked up, "y-...you will?!"

     Boy was I wrong.

     Natsu laughed and rubbed the back of his head, "well yea I will! You're part of Fairytail, you're family Juvia!" She tilted her head and innocently smiled at him, "thank you Natsu-san." He did his signature grin standing up proudly, "well what do I have to do."  Juvia wiped her face and walked towards him, "well it's a kind of spell Juvia's working on, it's suppose enable Juvia to collect water from her surroundings and turn it into magic energy that she can transport to someone else's body. Juvia hasn't tried it yet, so Juvia doesn't know if it will work. She knows one way to make it work, but hasn't found an easier way. It's time consuming, but Juvia's working on it." I became interested and turned around in my seat to see what will happen.

     Natsu put his hands on his hips and smiled, "well if I can get extra magic energy then I'm not complaining! Let's try the way you know." For some reason Juvia hesitantly laughed, "well ok, but tell Juvia if you get uncomfortable, and my apologies to Lucy." Natsu gave a confused look but grinned after and nodded his head. What does she mean 'apologies to Lucy'? What's there to apologize for?
