MORTY'S POV:
"R-Rick . . . " I called out.

"What is it, Morty?"

"Um, so-so there's this one person I like, and I was wondering, how do you ask a crush out?"

"I'm too busy right now. Ask someone else. Like your dad or something."

"But-But I can't ask him. He's the one who f*cked my mom in high school."

"True . . . Fine, I'll take you to this place that I know. I'll let them take care of you instead of me having to take care of you."

"What is it?"

We got into his flying vehicle and we flew into the sky.

"I am dropping you off at the alien thing where they help you get a lady, or a man, either way."

"O-Oh."

"You'll be sure to get a lady/man by the time it's over."

"Are-Are you sure it's safe though?"

"Yes, Morty. I'm the smartest man in the universe. I'm pretty sure."

"O-Ok . . . "

We finally got there. I looked at the building in awe. It was like a therapy for love. I turned around to see Rick flying away in his vehicle.

"Wait! Rick-"

The window rolled down and Rick said, "Have fun! I'll pick you up after!"

Then he left me here. Alone. I nervously walked in the building to see aliens. They led me into a room and I saw an alien that had a translator. I clicked English.

"Hello there, human Morty. What are your problems?"

"Well, uh, I don't know how to ask my crush out."

"Well, its simple. You walk up to the crush and ask the crush out."

"But I don't have the guts to ask my crush out."

"Here, I have some guts for you." The alien said, holding out a real live gut.

"No thanks, I'm good."

"If you insist."

"So, what do I do?"

The robot explained stuff, and I got picked up by Rick. I learned the basics. We landed in the garage and I saw my crush sitting down at his/her tree in his/her front yard reading a book. Yep, my crush lives right across from my house.

"Are you ready to ask your crush out, Morty?" Rick asked.

I gulped. "Y-Yeah."

I walked up to him/her and I replayed what I was doing to say to him/her.

"U-Um, h-hi (Y/N) . . . "

(Y/N) looked up. D*mn, (Y/N) is hot.

"Oh, hey there."

"So-uh, what're you doing?" I scratched the back of my head.

"I'm just reading a book. How about you?"

"Well, uh, I was just about to . . . " C'mon Morty! It's the time to tell (Y/N) how you feel!

"I was just about to leave." I finished.

"Oh, ok. Isn't your name Motty?"

"Uh, no it's-it's Morty."

"Oh! I'm sorry."

"No, it's cool."

"Ok."

"Well, s-see ya."

"Bye." (Y/N) gave me a sweet smile that made more butterflies fill my stomach.

(Y/N)'S POV:
When the neighbor came to me, I thought he was very cute and sweet. Gosh, I feel so stupid for calling him Motty! I thought his name was Motty but it was actually Morty! I'm so embarrassed. He probably hates me now. I tried to stop thinking about it and I tried to concentrate on my book.

MORTY'S POV:
I walked back to the garage where Rick was working on some inventions. I sighed in disappointment and I dragged myself inside the garage. Rick raised an eyebrow at me.

"Let me guess, you were being too much of a p*ssy to ask your crush out?" Rick said.

"Yeah, pretty much." I replied.

Rick rolled his eyes. "Look, Morty, all you have to do is be yourself and have the guts to ask your crush out. It's not that hard."

I looked back at (Y/N), who was peacefully reading the book. Wait, I don't have to listen to the aliens. What I need to do is to be myself and to have the guts. I need to be brave. I walked up to (Y/N) and sat next to (Y/N).

"Hey (Y/N)."

(Y/N) faced me and threw me a cute smile. What is (Y/N) doing to me?

"Oh, hi Morty. Decided to come again?"

"Yeah, I wondering . . . I've liked you for a long time. Do you want to go out with me?"

We both blushed. "Of course."

"Wait, really?"

"Yeah, why not? I've liked you for a long time too."

I can't believe it. My crush likes me back.

"Do you want to go on a date next Friday at 7?"

"Yes."

I did it. I had the guts to ask (Y/N) out.
