What your superpower is

Barry:

You can stop time.

When the particle accelerator blew up your were working a late at the Central City Clock Shop. You were thrown against the clock and blacked out. When you woke up from the 10 month coma that you were in you discovered that time around you can stop and slow down, you could even stop time for only one person.

Cisco:

Illusion 

You could create powerful illusions that people thought were real. Cisco loved this ability since you always used it on him to make things and change the setting of the bedroom. You helped the team out a lot with this power and meta's always tried to find you but you could make yourself seem invisible too.

Wally:

Enhanced Flight & Light Projection

You loved your ability. You could fly very fast, you even beat Wally and Barry in a race. You also used this ability to help the team and since you could fly faster than Wally and Barry they gave you a superhero name Solis because you could also shoot rays of light. Wally loved when you used your powers because you two always race against each other.

Harrison:

Emotion Manipulation

You enjoyed using your power, when someone was feeling sad you made them happy. You once used your powers for greed; you made a very rich lady buy you anything you wanted because of guilt. You would use your power even when you didn't know it, sometimes you wondered if Harrison love for you was real.
