Words drowned in noise one thousand strong
They're all caught up in the races
They've all been running for so long

Can you tell me why my steps are falling behind
Locked in my own mind and the sound just brings me down
But the silence is far too loud
I fall victim
To what I want too but just can't say

Heading nowhere
Can't seem to remember where I was going

I've become invisible to the crowd

Shouts for help they drown it out

My situation is hopeless
I feel less than worthless
