EDDIE'S POV

We all watched nervously as the shiny green bottle spun round and round on the floor of the living room, dimly lit by a lamp on a nearby coffee table.

Bill's parents went away for the weekend, leaving the house to Bill, which gave him the idea to have a little hangout sesh for the Losers' Club. It was fine until someone had the brilliant idea of playing spin the bottle.

We all sat close but the tension in the air was thick. Who would it land on? The anticipation was killing us but we could feel the excitement in our veins. We all love each other, so I guess it wouldn't really matter who it landed on.

Bill had spun the bottle and unsurprisingly it landed on Beverly. They both blushed, but leaned in for a kiss anyway. Stan shifted his body uncomfortably and tore his gaze from Bill to the wall next to him, avoiding eye contact with Beverly and Bill, along with everyone else.

Everyone knew Stan always liked Bill, and in fact, they were dating now. After the kiss, Bill whispered in Stan's ear and pulled him close to his side, resting his hand on his waist, a look of guilt clouding his blue eyes.

Stan just rolled his eyes and smiled before turning to face the goofy grin lighting Bill's face. I softly chuckled to myself and shifted my eyes to Richie, who was already smirking at me.

I love being able to steal a glance at Richie and find him already looking at me. My face heated up, my stomach in a mess of knots and tingling sensations, like a foot when it's asleep but better. The effect that Richie had on me was deep, and he knew it. He was inching closer to me when Bill interrupted.

"Hey, E-Eddie. It's your t-turn" he stuttered softly.

I looked at Bill, flustered from Richie's breath on my neck and the warmth that shot through me when he placed his hand on top of mine and leaned in close.

"Go ahead, Eds" he whispered, that cute damn smirk imprinted on his handsome face.

"Uh...okay" I gulped, taking a puff from my inhaler before clutching the cold bottle and spinning it.

It landed on Bill.

I gasped, and everyone just stared at me blankly.

Bill blushed, and I just stared at him, mouth agape as he glanced at me with a look that read should we?

I shook my head. Bill is my best friend, all the Losers are. It's just a peck on the lips...right? I mean it's not like it would be my...first...kiss...

Uh oh.

"Fuck it" I cursed under my breath.

Bill took a deep breath and leaned over the bottle to reach my face. I did the same, a million thoughts racing through my head.

Germs, germs from saliva. Oh shut up, Eddie, it's not like Bill has a disease, it's just a kiss on the lips...but it's also your first, shouldn't your first be with your boyfriend, Richie? It's just a peck, it doesn't matter, it doesn't mean anything so it doesn't count, right?

Bill was relatively calm but I could sense that he had tensed up, even as he leaned in closer.

I felt a lump in my throat as I inched closer. I was docile but mentally screaming.

Bill and I were interrupted at the last second by a voice screaming.

"NOO!"

I was scooped up seconds later into the arms of someone with black curls draped at their ears.

Richie.

"MINE, Bill!" he said sternly, carrying me to his spot in front of the bottle and placing me contently in his lap.

"MINE" Richie claimed again.

Everyone just giggled as Bill stared wide-eyed and held his hands up defensively as he backed up, resuming his place next to Stan. I rolled my eyes and smiled at Richie, who was pouting but then smirking at me.

"Don't be so territorial, Rich" I teased him before gently brushing my lips onto his.

We pulled away and rested our foreheads on each other's.

"All mine, Eddie Spaghetti" he whispered gently, grinning as we disappeared into each other's eyes, warmth emanating through the both of us at each other's touch.

"All yours" I whispered to him, and he connected our lips.

The Losers had erupted with laughter and resumed the game. Ben had landed on Beverly, and the two of them engulfed each other in kisses.

One look and Richie and I had the same sarcastic trash thought.

"Get a room, fuckers"

The Losers all went crazy with laughter as Richie held me close in his lap. The sounds of laughter and lips moving in sync echoed throughout the room.

God I love these people I thought to myself.

"Me too" Richie said, realizing I had said that out loud.

I smiled.

"But I love you more" he whispered in my ear.

My heart fluttered.

"I love you too, Richie"
