Because this is my home now.

Are you freaking kidding me?

No no no no no no no.

After I finish screaming for what seemed like forever, I grab my towel and wrap it around my body.

Stepping out of the shower, I see Liam holding is hand up to his ear wincing in pain. "Get out. Get out!" I yell at him pushing him out the bathroom.

"Hey, hey watch it. I'm too sexy for this kind of rough-housing," he holds his hands up in the air in surrender and then he pauses. "Damn."

He shamelessly eyes me from top to bottom and the top of his ears turn red. "What?"

Oh. I get it.

Why is it that he shows up in the most awkward moments?

"Y-you just-fuck." He turns on his heels and heads out of the hallway before I hear a door slam close.

Well then.

I walk to my room putting my wet, curly hair into an extremely messy bun. Then I put on some shorts and a tank, like usual.

Kait comes running into my room and plops on my bed after shutting the door closed.

"Oh my gosh I have so much to tell you, you don't even know." She grabs my hands and starts jumping on my bed.

"Okay, okay stop. Sit. And tell me what's so important," I lay down on my stomach and Kait does the same thing right beside me.

"Okay so, I have a date tomorrow a-"

I cut her off by slapping my hand over her mouth. "You have like. A date? What happened to you not being tied down after Jacobi?"

She sighs deeply and then clears her throat in annoyance. She didn't like his name being brought up, but I had to say something. I mean, a date?

"Yeah, yeah sure he was an asshole of a boyfriend and I told you that I wouldn't be able to get back in an actual relationship after what happened, but I think Brandon is really sweet.

"Why not? I guess, I can't be single for the rest of my life Jaz," she rolls onto her back and throws her hands in the air. "So, if you would stop being so damn rude, I can tell you everything, stupid."

"Alright, okay. Go ahead," I motioned for her to go on and she rolled her eyes before continuing.

"Anyway. I've been texting him all night and I know that it's really early, trust me. So we are just taking it slow, I guess it's everyone's version of 'talking'.

"He's super sweet and is very flirty believe it or not. You know he's the guy that I went off with at the basketball game. We did not have sex, so don't even bother to ask.

"He just walked around with me and told me about himself and he kept complimenting me. He gave me his number and we went off to get something to eat before the game.

"So I learned a lot about him and he kept texting me these really funny jokes and was still complimenting me. Aren't some guys just really great?" She sighed and a big smile was on her face.

One of those smiles that I've barely been seeing. I can tell he's going to have a big affect on her; I just pray he has a positive one.

She interrupts my thoughts by saying something completely out of the blue. "So you and Liam? I never really had my heart set on you and Tatum, you've made a great choice."
