"Babe, no." Liam says sighing, taking the shirt from my hand and putting it back on the rack.

"You're no fun," I stick my tongue out at him and he just stares back at me. "Don't look at me like that. Now I feel stupid for being immature."

"Glad you see it my way?" He smiles and I roll my eyes.

     "You suck."

"I believe it's you who would do that and I would fucking love it."

Gross.

I think of something and I smile and walk towards him. "Liam, baby, please? For me? Your girlfriend?" I run my fingers through his hair and wrap my arms around his neck.

He sighs and I smile at the sign of him giving in. "Nope. Just because you call me baby and refer to yourself as my girlfriend, I'm not giving in. Come on is all this necessary? School is literally next week."

Wait what?

"What the hell? Next week? Why?" I groan and drop my hands from around him. I look around in the store and I realize Kait and Brandon left us.

"I don't know why, but it's next week. And it's too late to go shopping for new clothes again," he says grabbing my hand and pulling me out the store. We walk around the mall and stop at the food court.

"Liam!" I hear a high pitched voice scream and I mentally roll my eyes. I give Liam a look and he smirks at me.

He's not that hot people.

Okay maybe he is a little...

A girl with short, brown hair walks up to him and hugs him. I raise my eyebrow and wait for her to step back. She has a bob cut and her eyes are deathly green. She's really pretty. She doesn't even look plastic. "Hey..."

What's up with guys not knowing girls' names?

"Layla. Damn Liam that hurts, but I forgive you. How've you been?" She reaches to touch his bicep which is on full show right now since he decided to wear a plain black, short sleeve t-shirt. I can assure you, it looks sexy. It's fitted perfectly, it hugs his body and you can see the outline of his muscles.

He lets her feel up on his arm and he sits there. I can't lie, I'm feeling something in me, but I don't know what it is and it doesn't feel good. I feel something else and I know exactly what it is: anger. Oh yeah, I'm pissed. "I've been good, you?"

She giggles and smiles. "Better now that you're here," she attempts to wrap her arms around his neck, but a hand stops her wrist, making that sound that sounds like someone slapping somebody else, and I'm shocked. Why? Because that person's hand is mine.

I didn't even try to, I swear.

I blame you, conscience.

"I don't think you want to do that, hun." I'm still holding on to her wrist and now I step closer to her, Liam behind me.

She looks at me dumbfounded and snatches her hand back. "Who the fuck are you?" She narrows her eyes at me and I smirk at her, trying to hold back how I feel.

No fights.

You were doing so good.

And you can't fight in front of Liam, especially Liam. Questions come, you don't want those.

"I, would be Liam's girlfriend, you know? The one he calls baby, the one who's hand is in his. The one who he holds at night; the one he kisses and fucks. Every. Single. Night."
