Chapter 6: Sand. Sea. Cliff. Yeah, I think this equals the beach

"It's beautiful to meet someone who makes you forget all your troubles."

Previously:

Now my dear father was coming to see me. I guess he missed torturing me but who can blame him? It had been three weeks since he had last tormented me. Every single bone on my body, every muscle, nerve, cell was begging me to find a way out of this, a way to free myself from seeing him.

The door knocked and I raised my head. My grandmother was still at the coffee shop and even if it was her she would just walk in and I don't know who else could be.

I got up, wiped my tears from my face and put on my happy face. I was surprised to see Noah on my doorstep.

"Wh- What are you doing here?" I asked struggling to see the reason behind his appearance.

"I couldn't bare the thought of leaving you here sick. Although I don't think you were sick." He said tilting his head, studying me better.

"What do you mean? I'm suffering from a terrible headache." I said.

"Yeah sure. Now come we're going somewhere." He said leaning his hand for me to take it.

"Where?"

"Somewhere. Now come." He didn't wait for a response, he just grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the house.

"You know I'm seriously in no mood for adventures." I said.

"Well, we have to change that." Arguing with him is like arguing with the wall. Pointless.

Now:

We were driving on Noah's car going God knows where. We had been driving for at least an hour now.

"I'm going to jump out of this car if I have to stay here for 10 more minutes." I said crossing my arms.

"Calm down princess. We're almost there." He said with a chuckle.

"Almost where exactly?" I asked. Annoyance was obvious in my voice but what you couldn't notice was the anticipation of where we were going.

He turned to me with a huge grin and I was left with no choice but to stare at his face because I think this was the first time I actually saw him. He is gorgeous. "We're here."

I blinked twice before I looked around. We were exactly in the middle of nowhere. We were at some sort of beach, a huge cliff was on the side, behind the car you could only see trees and I think we had left the asphalt for a few miles now.

"Where are we?" I asked. As beautiful and special as this place looked, I had no idea where we were.

"Sand. Sea. Cliff. Yeah, I think this equals the beach." He slightly nodded his head looking my way with amusement in his eyes, the moon if possible making them even more beautiful than they already were.

"No need to be sarcastic. But why are we here?" I looked back at the view. The way the moon reflected itself on the sea made the place look magical, and since the moon was the only thing lighting the night along with the stars, the place looked so magnificent and breathtaking it felt like it didn't belong in Earth.
