"Lauren. Hey wake up."

I rub my eyes and stretched my arm as I stared at Cloud that is currently leaning on his bed's headboard.

"Are you feeling ok now?"

He blink his eyes twice before nodding his head at me.

"I would feel even better if you're not in my room."

I scoff and rolled my eyes before flipping my hair to one side.

"Well I can see that you're perfectly fine now, your attitude is finally back. I'm so happy you can see it in my face."

He raise his right brow while staring at my blank expression

Is it wrong if I wish that he'd catch a cold again? Just Joking. I went out  of his room and head straight to my room for a shower. I changed into something comfortable today, an extra large shirt and baggy shorts paired with my fluffy slippers.

In the living room I spotted Cloud watching something while sitting on the couch when I heard my phone ring, ok that's the first time someone ever called me in this year. Cloud looked at my direction with a frown on his face and he's clearly waiting for me to answer the call, I cleared my throat and brought my phone towards my left ear.

"Hello?"

"Hello Lauren."

Oh I know this voice! I smiled in excitement as I transfered my phone on my right ear.

"Oh hey Frost! What's up?"

As soon as Cloud heard Frost's name he swiftly run towards my direction and placed his ear close to my phone.
I glared at him and moved away which made him frown and lean on the wall with his arms crossed.

"I was just wondering if you could stop by my place now? I got new books and I want to show it to you."

I can no longer hide the excitement in me as I heard the word books.

"I'll be there in a minute."

I can't wait to go check out his new books. I ended the call and happily skipped towards the elevator when Cloud blocked my path with his arms on  his waist.

"And do you really think I'll allow you to go there all by yourself?"

I groan as I cross my arms in front of him.

"Oh come on, I'm not a teenager."

He raised his right brow and showed me a smirk.

"Nice try, but I still won't let you go visit that weirdo."

I sighed in defeat and slouched my back.

"Ok fine, come with me then. I really need to go there now."

He stared at me for seconds with a blank expression on his face before shrugging his shoulders.
