"Hey, lass. Open yer eyes." Sean spoke.

(Y/n) groaned feeling a nudge to her shoulder.

"C'mon, we need to get you moving."

She opened her eyes to see the ground lit up by the moon. The next thing that came into view was Sean's legs.

"Sean?"

"It's me, (Y/n)."

(Y/n) sat up slowly, taking in her environment . A stone path lay before her. It was old and worn down but still held a decent shape to it. They were surrounded by woods, but the trees looked dead.

"Here's your lantern." Sean placed it down next to her.

"I swear every time I wake up here the moon makes everything brighter and brighter."

He grabbed her under arm and pulled her up. "Lets get you moving."

"What's the rush?"

He rubbed his arm. "Well, we don't know what's out here, and I don't want to stick around and find out."

She looked around and picked up the lantern. "Right, lets follow the path then."

Sean followed (Y/n) without question. He stayed relatively quiet in the process of moving which concerned her. A loud Irish man who always had something to say was silenced?

"What's wrong? I've never heard you this quiet before."

"It's just- I've got nothing to talk about.. I just want to get you to wherever you're going."

"You're not even going to talk about how Anti decided to make a 180 on us?"

"He's done it a few times on me before.. It's a strange feeling, an uneasy feeling."

She didn't feel comfortable around Sean, but why? Why did she feel uneasy speaking to him? Something was wrong, something was definitely wrong.. She decided to pull a trick from out of her hat.

"I mean, the weirdest part of it all is how he had me tied to a chair. Why didn't you do anything about that?"

Sean sighed heavily. "Lass, ye only have so much control when there's a demon around. I'm sorry I didn't help ye out..Ye know I- wait- whats going on?"

Roots from the dead trees began to wrap around his ankles forcing him to stop. They slowly traveled up his legs. He grabbed the skinny branches and pried them off, but there were too many moving too fast.

"(Y/n) what the hell is going on? What are these?"

She turned towards him but began to back away. "You're not Sean."

"What?! Are you crazy? Of course I am. Now help me out of these roots before they hurt me!"

"Anti never tied me up. He didn't harm me." Her voice raised.

"Sean's" head fell over. Smoke slowly traveled down his body head to toe to reveal that it was actually Mark. (Y/n)'s eyes widened at the sight of his reveal.

"How the hell did you do that?"

"I'm sorry, (Y/n). He made me do it." Mark pleaded still trying to pull himself free.

"Where is he? Where is Dark?" Her voice became shaky, along with her entire body.

"He's close. Please, just run. Run away as fast as you can.."

She dropped the lantern and made a mad dash down the stone path. Her bare feet slapped against the cool rock creating a slapping sound. It echoed So far there was no sign of Dark, but he was great at hiding himself. She began to hear whispers flowing into her ears just as the wind was. They were barely audible, but sounded worried and panicked.
