It had been two weeks since Ava and Colin's date night and everything had been going smoothly between the two of them. Today he had decided to take off from training to help out his wife with whatever she needed done for her upcoming show.
"Colin come here and move this box for me please."
"Ava we've been working for almost six hours now, we both could use a break."
He walked closer to his wife and saw her shaking.
"Ava you haven't even ate breakfast today."
"Yes I have I ate a breakfast bar."
"Ava you know you can't just eat a bar and think it'll hold you since you had Carson."
Ava picked up her water bottle.
"I have water."
Colin looked at his wife with a deep concern.
"Ava please let's just take a break so I can get some food in you, I almost lost you the last time this happened."
"I have one father and I don't need another, nothing will happen to me."
Colin shook his head trying to will away the images of Ava's body laying on the floor. Carson was only three weeks old and the only that she had ate that whole day was a few grapes. The doctors had spoken to Colin and explained to him that if this happened to her again, she more than likely wouldn't make it.
"Whatever I'll move that box when I get back, right now I'm going to Wing Stop and get us some food."
Colin knew that Ava was annoyed with him but he didn't care.

Heather sat the couch and played with her grandson. It was the best feeling to her knowing that she had a new little one in her life. Looking at Carson, she grew a little greedy and decided that she wanted another grandchild, maybe a little girl this time.
"I love you little guy, do you know that?"
Carson took his foot in his hand and started babbling happily about something. Heather wiped the drool away from his chin and had a little chat with her grandson. She would cherish these moments forever.

Colin came back to the venue that Ava would use for her showcase and saw her standing in a corner looking sick. Colin took the food to an empty room and ran over to her.
"Ava what's wrong?"
"My head hurts."
"Let's go eat."
"I'm not hungry," she protested.
"Ava you're shaking, your head hurts and you're telling me that you're not hungry."
"Colin this stuff has to get done like now."
"To hell with this stuff Ava, get your ass in that room sit down and eat."
Ava looked at him but didn't say anything. For some odd reason she was turned on by how Colin was using his authority on her, even though he did it all the time when he was tired of giving into her.
"Fine," she mumbled under her breath.

By the time Colin was done moving boxes around and getting Ava things she couldn't reach, it was around eight.
"Let's go home," she yawned.
"What are you tired for, I did everything."
"Umm, you didn't stay up all night with Carson either, mister if I'm gonna be working with my wife I need at least thirteen hours of sleep."
Colin laughed at her before responding.
"No one ever said thirteen hours dramatic self."
When Ava didn't say anything, he knew she was tired considering she always had a smart comeback for him.
"Let's get you home," he decided.

"Where's the baby?"
Ava had gotten used to some type of noise that was associated with Carson.
"Sleep, I made lasagna."
Ava walked to the kitchen and made a plate for her and Colin.
"Thanks for dinner and watching Carson mama."
"You're welcome, anytime you want me to watch him just let me know."
"Will do."
Colin walked his mother in law out before joining Ava at their table.
"I'm sorry for being a wee bit mean to you today."
"I was excepting for you to be much worse."
"Hey, don't be so mean to me, asshole."
Colin chuckled, clearly amused.
"I love you."
"But I'm a hot ass mess baby."
"You're you, and I love you for that simple fact."
Ava smiled knowing that her husband would always love her, no matter how imperfect she was. She stood up and walked over to him sitting in his lap. She kissed his lips softly and rubbed the facial hair that he was letting grow in for her.
You see potential on all my flaws and that's exactly what I need.
"You have a song for everything don't you?"
"Only for you baby, and you just said you love me for being me."
"Flaws and all," he sighed.
"Flaws and all," she giggled kissing his lips again.
