Harry Styles ;

Calum was fast asleep, lying there on the floor wide open. Around his neck there was a metal collar that looked set to go off any minute. Not Calum too. I ran my fingers through my hair processing all the emotion I couldn't handle.

   "Cal?" I whispered, slowly walking over to him.

What was going on? This game obviously wasn't about just us anymore. Sick bastard was pulling people we know into this, innocent people, and for what? I shone down on Calum's innocent face wishing he hadn't been sealed with the same fate. Whatever the reason was, whatever it was we were doing here, I'm sure he deserved better than this.

  "Look-" Zayn spotted, gently placing Louis down and propping him up against a wall.

He gestured over to the other side of the room to the familiar sight. It was another television. I hung my head in defeat. We were all startled when the door slammed shut behind us.

   "I-it's locked!!!" Liam shouted, tussling with the door knob.

The lights flicked as the television turned on. I clinched my fists at my side not forgetting what I was forced to do. The thought of her face made me cringe. Tears fell down my face knowing that because of me, she couldn't have a life.

   "Shit!" Zayn called out frantic, holding his hands to his head. "No, no,  no... Please no! Not this again-"

I didn't blame him for being so scared. We all knew what going to happen next. The lights started to flicker as the television in the corner did the same. Zayn began pacing the room squeezing the tears form his eyes.

  "Hello boys," the doll greeted, mocking us. "We meet again. Luckily for you this means you've survived, but as for Niall's life I can't be so certain-"

I clinched my teeth angrily, holding back the fight in me. I tried my hardest to resist the need to break it like I had the last one. He condescending tone, the rhetorical demeanor clawed me the wrong way driving me up the wall. Yet, all I could do was watch as he went on.

   "As I'm sure you've all noticed, the familiar face in the room. I want to play a game, the reward? His life-"

I cried looking down at Calum, realizing that if we failed, his life was the one on the line now.

  "Around his neck is a device I designed myself. Should you choose to tamper with it, you'll discover that the result could be, deadly" he whispered. "The rules are simple, in this room there are four safes; each one lined with a pressure plate-"

I gulped. What was that supposed to mean? In a perfect circle near each wall in the room, there was an open safe big enough for someone to sit inside. It all looked so sketchy. Each one had an oxygen mask in it, connected to somewhere off.

  "To open the door to the next room, you must fill each safe. The timer will only start when each safe is locked. The collar around Calum's neck is linked to the pressure plates in each safe, and will latch if you fail to comply. If you wish to save his life, you will realize that the more safes filled, the easier the task-"
