Ashton Irwin ;

Calum was gone. I don't know how, but it scared me shitless. I looked around only able to see Eleanor's vague silhouette.

   "CAL??" I cried. Only then did it sink in that he was right. "CAL WHERE ARE YOU?!"

It was silent beside Eleanor's muffled sobs. I punched the wall as hard as I could in frustration. What the fuck am I supposed to do? The hall was nearly pitch black. First Luke, now Cal. All I had left was Michael. My eyes widened.

   "Michael??" I felt my way through the dark, headed in the direction I felt was our room. "Michael?? Answer me please!!!"

   "I-I'm right here-" he muttered just a few feet from me.

The lights came back on. I saw Michael standing there in front of me, perfectly fine.

  "H-he was right" I cried into Michael's shoulder, squeezing him as tight as I could. "W-we need to stay together. We could be next-"

Something didn't feel right. Michael didn't hug me back, he just stood there with his hands at his side's.

   "Michael?"

I looked up at his face, startled by the blood that slowly dripped down his lips.

  "M-Michael??" my eyes grew as I stood there holding him up. "Y-you're bleeding??"

  "C-cley...." he murmred, spitting up blood.

   "Michael!" I caught him as he collapsed into my arms. Eleanor helped me support him to the ground.

   "Oh my god-" she cried. "Hold him still!"

Michael started to seizure, his eyes rolling to the back of his head. I cried not knowing what to do. I just sat there watching Eleanor try to hold him steady. I must be going crazy. There's no way this is real. I curled my knees to my chest, everything around me feeling like it were going in slow motion. What even happened? One minute he's fine, eating the leftover pizza and laughing at the stories he had to tell, and then the next-? I just felt so alone now.

   "Ashton! Help me hold him still!" she yelled again, pulling me from my daze.

I held him in my lap, hugging him as tight as I could to hold him steady as Eleanor held his legs. Seeing him go into cardiac arrest made it hard for me. I cried into his shoulder hoping it was enough to save him. Why was this even happening? What did we do to deserve this?

Eleanor Calder ;

Michael finally started to calm down. He laid in Ashton's arms, his breaths a slow and steady pace. He was still breathing. At least that was a good sign.

   Ashton let out a huge sigh of relief. "Oh thank god-"

  "Ashton" I looked over at him. "You need to go get help, he needs a hospital-"
