Starting Line

Chapter 38

Deku P.O.V.

I grab Kacchan's hand and run out to the beach with him.I looked back at him on the way out and saw a small smile on his face. 

We both walked outside and into the sand. The Sun was half risen. He sat down cross legged and stared out at the ocean. I sat down next to him and leaned against him. I wrapped my arm around his bicep and stared out.

This was the time when the tide went down there was a load of shells on the beach. I saw a few crabs too. It was pretty. I look up at Kacchan and he had this far away look on his face. I just stared up at him. He eventually glanced down at me. He turned his head and dipped it to give me a soft kiss.

I held onto his arm tighter as he kissed me. He hand moved up into my hair as he continued to kiss me. After a bit we slowly pulled away. He leaned his forehead against mine.

"Want to get breakfast?" he asked me. I nodded and smiled. He then stood up and helped me up. We wiped the sand off of ourselves and we walked back up to the house. I sat down at the table.

"I'll go make some eggs." Kacchan said and walked into the  kitchen. After a bit I heard him working. Five minutes later he walked out with two plates of eggs. He sat down and we ate the food. Not talking while we ate. After we finished I grabbed the plates and washed them off in the sink. 

When I came back out Kacchan was watching television. I sat down next to him. He wrapped an arm around my waist and held onto me. I smiled as we watched the show together. After a bit he turned down the show. He then laid down and laid his head on my lap.

"Are you really tired?" I asked, laughing.

"Just a bit." he wrapped an arm around my leg. I rubbed his back as he napped. 

"We just woke up how are you even tired." I asked. He shrugged a bit, then he fell asleep. I just watched the show for a while. I glanced down at Kacchan's sleeping face. 

How could someone so angry look so peaceful? He stirred a bit and a scowl appear on his face.

Well mostly peaceful. I brushed some hair out of his face and continued to watch the show. Soon though Kacchan's red eyes opened. He unwrapped his arm and sat up.

"Ready to start the day, sleepyhead?" I asked. He yawned and sat up. He nodded and stretched. He grabbed my head and kissed my temple.

"Wanna go for a swim?" he asked standing up. 

"Yeah!" we then stood up and walked into the other room and changed. Not bothering to go into different rooms. His swimsuit was red and stopped above his knees, mine was the same but green. 

We walked out and went into the warm water. I swam out until it was up to my neck. Kacchan swam after me. I smiled at him.

"What?" He asked. Then I jump at him and knock him into the water. I then swim quickly away from him. I look back and see him come up from under the water. His hair drenched. I was yards away from him but I could see his smirk.

"THIS MEANS WAR!" I hear him yell. I go under the water and try to swim away from him as quickly as possible. Soon I heard splashing behind me. Then a pair of arms wrapped around my waist.

How the heck did he get here this fast?! I look back and see him smile as he lifts me up and tosses me. I splash into the water. I swim up and stare at Kacchan, he was smiling.

I go under the water so he doesn't see me and I swim at him.

(His eyes are open under the water....leave it be)

I soon saw his feet moving around. I grabbed one of his legs and lifted it up. I stood up as he splashed back. I laughed as he regained his balance after falling. He stared at me. I held out my hands in defense.

"You love me! Remember that!" I yell as he picked me up. I clutched onto his neck and wrapped my legs around his torso.

"If I go down you go down with me!" I yelled at him. He yelled and let me go. I still clung to him. He laughed.

"Come on, off." he said. I shook my head.

"Never!" I yelled. He laughed and walked around trying to get me off. I still held on.

"Fine then!" 

"What?" I asked, then I yelled out as he fell back into the water. I then let go and we both stood up.

"I'VE WON!" he yelled out, his arms up in the air. I laughed and wrapped my arms around his neck. He bent down and kissed me. I smiled as he kissed me. He moved his chin up and down as his hands moved in my hair. I rubbed my hands along his lower back.

After a bit we moved away. He looked down at me almost in a daze. I kissed his nose. I placed my hands on his toned chest. Then I pushed him into the water and started to run to the house.

"I'LL KILL YOU!" I heard in the distance as I ran.
