Y/n Pov,
The marshland part of Skyrim near Solitude is where I built my house, Windstad Manor. I have a grave near my house that holds my dead husband Athis. The noble Dunmer died with a terrible sickness that only effects Dunmer.
I grieve the death of Athis every day as I hold off my fate of the Dragonborn and killing Alduin. I have holed myself up with grieve and I haven't left my home for about two months. My home is cluttered with filth with mead, ale, and empty wine bottles. Echoes of sobs search my house as I think of Athis and his goofy personality. I remember when he would take care of me when I was sick or those rare times that I was injured really badly.
A ghost approaches me in the form of Athis. "My Argonian baby, what has had you here for so long?" "Athis?! Is that you?" "Yes, now answer my question." "Well, I have been depressed because of your death five months ago. I just can't let go, I need you. Why didn't you tell me you were sick sooner? I could have cured you." "There was no cure. I love you but let go and go into Riften. There is a guy that you will love." I walk out of my house and the sun burns my eyes from the sunlight. My scales warm up and gather the sunlight and it gives me energy.
After a few days of me walking on foot. I finally reach my old home Riften. The smell of sewage filled my lungs and I walk into the Bee n Barb. A mage guy is sitting alone on a bench.
"Why stab your enemy when you can roast them," the mercenary says lighting his hand with a flame spell. "500 gold and you'll be my follower. No refusal or you meet my dead husband Athis in Sovngarde." "So you are miss Y/n that Athis had been talking about all these years. You look just like his description of you. Crest full of horns. Scars all over your muzzle and on your left cheek. Warpaint that looks like claw marks. A true beauty, no wonder Athis married you. Also sorry for your loss." "No it is OK, now let's get out of here and kill some dragon ass."
I walk out of Riften with Marcurio tailing me. (pun not intended 😄.) We walk into a dragon burial that belonged to an ancient dragon. Frost left the mouth of the dragon. "You Toor Shul," left my mouth and the dragon returns by landing on the ground and grabs a guard that was far from Riften. The dragon flies high and drops the guard. Arrows are shot from my bow, lightning and flame are coming from Marcurio. I wait for my shout to regenerate then I fire breath that dragon and it falls from the sky and dies.
The warmth of the dragon soul warms my body as I absorb it into my soul. I turn around and Marcurio is in shock because he has never seen such a thing. I sneak up behind him and boot his nose and kiss his cheek. He stirs a little so I take off running so I can get a head start. Marcurio darts my way with his face flushed with crimson. "You will pay for that Dragonborn. You can run but I will find you." I giggle as Marcurio creeps but doesn't see me. I roll back and roll down a hill and I flip and land on my feet. Marcurio heard me and he took off running down the hill to tackle me. Out of nowhere, I see him running down the hill. I was too slow so I was trampled with Marcurio holding my arms above my head and with him sitting on top of me. My scales on my face turn from dark grey to a slight red tent with a dark but light grey on my face. Marcurio's face turns bright red and he leans closer and whispers in my ear. "Got ya. Your turn to catch me." Before he gets up, he lets go of my hands. I immediately grab is neck and pull him into a long passionate kiss. I pull away but he pulls his face back to mine for a small peck.
I push him off me and run all the way to Windstad Manor. From Riften all the way to Windstad Manor I ran and swam and played (that sounded weird... ) with Marcurio. A few days of running and resting we finally arrive at my home. My Stewart Aela runs up to me and hugs me tightly where I couldn't break. Aela puts me down and leads me into my now clean house. All my empty bottles were in a pile filled with water. Marcurio walks into my home and sat down on a chair at my dining room table. I walk by tossing an apple into his lap. Marcurio just glares at me like I insulted his ancestors or something. He gets up and walks into my library which is filled to the brim with stolen books and one or two that I published. Marcurio grabbed a book off the shelf that read the Lusty Argonian Main v1. A blush was plastered across his face. "Ya know you are annoying? If not, you're annoying." "I am not annoying Marcurio. If anyone it would be you. Quote, these were your exact words, I am not a pack mule ugh fine go ahead." Marcurio storms to his room with a smile.
"Mule? Are you ok? (Mule? Like wtf is that kind of nickname?) I am coming in so you better not be undressed." Marcurio is sitting down on his bed holding back tears mumbling something. I move Marcurio's face towards me and he pushes his lips onto mine and pushes me to the wall. Aela, of course, ruins the moment and walks and just looks at me like I am crazy. "Do that in your room, not my room and Marcurio. I don't know about you but I enjoy taking naps every so often and when you do that in your room keep it quiet or you will find an arrow in your skull."
I have no idea why I wrote that end part especially since I wrote it like that... Well, have a good day/night.
