Y/n POV,

Being short has its perks, now being short, highly skilled in magic, and being arch mage is amazing. It has its perks but it can mean that people will hate you because of jealousy of your ranking. I've had to devote my time to doing Arch Mage things so I've began developing feelings. A certain tall person with the High Elven blood. I'm a short Y/r and I have a huge crush on Ancano.

"Hey Y/n!" The very delusional Imperial says as she walks inside my arch mage quarters.

"Antoxia the pain in the ass best friend that I have."

"what ya doing? Besides gushing o-" Antoxia tries to say but I slap my hand over her mouth before she could Ancano walks in.

"Ouch! Antoxia we don't bite!"

"Well don't put your hand over my mouth then. Oh ya hi Ancano."

"Ugh... Why are you here?" The Elven mage says.

"The main question is what are you doing here? Y/n ya sure I can't eat him?" I say as a joke.

"What?! You're a cannibal?" The elf passes out from the sudden news.

"Antoxia! Look what you did you scared the Elf."

"Ya and your short, by the way you need to take Mr.Snoocums to a healer of since this place isn't safe, take him to your house."

"No Antoxia! Put him in my bed and help me heal him."

"Awwww, only a true loves kiss can break the curse."

"What? Seriously Antoxia, this isn't sleeping beauty."

Ancano stirs and whispers, "Only a can wake me up."

"See Y/n, even he knows! It's not like you were hiding it or anything."

"Seriously?" I lean over Ancano's face and gently rub my hand on his cheek and give him a soft slap. I rush behind Antoxia. Ancano jolts up while holding his cheek.

"I don't kiss just anyone jackass... But I might make an exception just for your sake to kiss you."

"Cheesy, now go over there and step on that foot stool and kiss him! Also don't make too much ruckus while I'm gone ok love birds?"
