Chapter 27

It finally came down to the day of the wedding, and they were extremely existed. Luke and Ulonna stood hand and hand near the waterfall inside of the bio-dom. Her white gown was beautiful long, lacey and jeweled that shimmered in the light when she moved. Her veil hung to the back of her head. Luke's attire wasn't too different. It was white robs, with a silver lined cloak. Ben was standing next to him, he still had hesitation in this idea. Han, was standing on the other side of Ben. Leia was standing a crossed the way from where Han was standing. The droids were standing there also. 3-PO placed his hand on his counterpart's dome, to calm the small droids excitement. Leia smiled at them as did Jade.

Just before they said their vows, terror struck the room. Stormtroopers stormed in, with laser fire everywhere.

"Take cover" Zen yelled to the party guests as he and the other bodyguards started to defend off the intruders.

"Is anyone armed?" Ulonna asked, as Luke and Han lifted their weapons. She chuckled. "Leave it to you too. I meant out there," she said pointing to the crowed. Han leaned out to see.

"Some," he answered. "It looks like Zen and the other three are defending them off." Luke was still starring at Ulonna.

"I want you to stay down. I mean it." He said sternly.

"Alright," she answer softly.

"Will take care of this." Han boasted.

"I'm with you to," Ben said. Luke turned to his son.

"No, stay here and protect them. I'm counting on you."

"Yes, father," he whispered. Luke kissed Ulonna and pushed away.

"Luke," she whispered. He turned back to face her. Without saying anything he knew.

"I will," he answered. She watched him leave.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Jade admitted.

"I feel it too." Leia said pecking out.

A crossed the way a cloaked figure jumped off the boardwalk. Luke removed his cloak, and prepared himself. The dark lord did the same as a smile of evil ripped a crossed his face. He slowly advanced forward. Luke clutched his lightsaber in both hands, watching his movements.

Ulonna felt helpless, watching from the sidelines. Her eyes searched the area for a weapon. The dark lord lunged forward closeting the gap. Lightsabers clash with a loud hiss of sparks. Luke's counterattack was fears yet simple. He pushed his appoint back. He lunged forward quickly, so his appoint had no time to regroup. The attacker was able to defend off the lunge, and took the upper hand. Lightsabers flashing, sparks flying. Luke wanted to end the battle quickly, but they were evenly matched. So the battle wore on.

Both were becoming weary. Sword stroke after stroke, Luke and the aggressor battled about the dome. Twisting and turning the dark lord again took the upper hand. His quick down stroke, took Luke by surprise. With another swift stroke, the dark lord's lightsaber caught Luke in the right shoulder. He screamed in agony as the brilliant blade ripped through his body. His lightsaber fell from his hand, as his body collapsed.

Before Leia could scream, Ulonna was on him in an instant. She had a limb from a tree and used it like a staff. All in one swift move, she struck the intruder. First she swung in an upward monition hocking the lightsaber out of his hand. Then with a swing to the right, she struck him in the back of the head. Then she swung to the left and struck him in the face. Then with a leg sweep with the staff, she sent him flying a crossed the ground. She looked down at Luke, Ben and jade were at his side. Leia was holding his head. She tossed the staff aside. She picked up, Luke's lightsaber, with the force.
