Chapter 22
~MOM, DAD!!
~Rose Hearthaway's P.O.V.
I woke up to the sound of my phone buzzing. I rolled myself over to the nightstand and checked it. It was my reminder, reminding me about my parents!!! Oh my God yay!! I quickly plopped out of the blankets and yelled, "My parents are coming!" haha funny most people wouldn't be as excited to hear that there parents are coming home, but if you haven't seen them for almost two months you would be excited too.
"Rosie, shut up!" Max yelled. Omg I forgot that Max slept over.
"Opps, I forgot you were here. I'm so used to not having people around."
"This is how you act when you are alone?" he asked with his arm over his eyes.
"Yes, yes I do."
"You are a crazy weirdo." He said.
"If you have a problem with it please talk to the hand sir!" I stuck out my hand in front of his face. "Come on get up! How can you still sleep?" I asked pulling his arm trying to get him out of bed.
"It's too early to get up." He whined.
"Fine. I'll be downstairs eating food. Join me if you want to, but just to let you know that I'll probably eat it all before you even come down." With that I was off. I went to the bathroom brushed my teeth and hair. After that I went downstairs beginning to make waffles. I just stuck frozen waffles in the toaster, I can't make waffles by hand, too much work. I heard the ding from the toaster and ran to my waffles. I poured syrup on them and then, wala they are finished. By the time I was eating them Max came down to join me.
We both finished our breakfast and now were sitting on the couch watching TV. "So when are your patents coming?" Max asked.
"They said 12 o'clock at night."
"Dang that's late are you going to actually wait that long?" he asked.
"Of course I am, it's not that late." Honestly I have stayed up way more late then that, so this is like nothing for me. My phone started ringing and it was a person I haven't heard from a long time ago.
"Hello Ron." Ron was my parents' like helper, butler, driver kind of guy. I really liked him cause he was really nice to me, he was a friend.
"Hello Rosie, it feels like we haven't talked for years."
"I know it does, but it was only two months, anyways what's up?"
"Well you know that your parents are coming home, and you haven't even stepped foot in their house for almost two months, I believe I will need some help to clean it. Are you available?" Oh my, I forgot that my parents had another house. That house was for my parents and we would only stay in there if they came.
"Yeah, sure i'll come, in about like in and hour or more."
"Okay thank you Mrs. Rosie, I will see you then." With that we hung up. Wait how am I going to get there? I don't have a car, oh Max is right next to me. But will he take me? I don't know, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
"Max?" I asked turning my face to him.
"Yes Rosie, what do you want?" he asked.
"Can you be a dear and give me a ride to my parent house?" I asked.
"No." that was all he said. He is really mean.
"What?! Why not?!" I asked yelling. Clearly he does not know how to be nice to his girlfriend.
