Chapter fourteen (Sapphire)

"She's dead or almost dead!?" Apocalypse Asked.

"She's not dead, but in future..." Shadowhorn said back. "And Darkstalker is flying there right now!" Everyone twisted back in a light speed, to see Darkstalker was gone.

"Uh-oh" Sapphire said.

"WELL LET'S GO" Eclipse Roared. Oh-no where can Darkstalker be going? Oh right the Ice Kingdom, Oops. Sapphire thought. She looked around and didn't see anyone, then she looked up they had already taken off without her.

"Hey guys wait up!" Sapphire huffed. She jumped up in the air, right next to Tidalwave. She looked down at the Skyfire. So this can protect me from Mindreaders? She thought. She looked up.

"Finally no mind readers reading my mind." She said quietly.

It was already night before they even saw the Sand Kingdom in distance.

"Can we take a break?" Sapphire whined while also trying to not sound like a Dragonet even know she kinda was.

"I'm thirsty" she said,

"My wings hurt", "I want to swim" she managed to croak.

"I haven't drank water in years! And my wings are sore!" She said completely over exaggerating.

Sapphire sighed heavily. She looked up finally noticing how far ahead everyone else was, she tried to speed up by twisting in midair and immediately failed. Her wings ached with pain to even do a flying trick Keo could do, and Keo was about 1 year younger than Sapphire was.

"Are you okay you look hurt?" Tidalwave asked. Sapphire had not noticed her twin brother right next to her.

"Hi little bro and yes I'm fine." She answered.

"Hey we're twins, stop callin' me that!"

"Okay" Sapphire said. NOT! She thought. Sapphire snickered.

"What is it?" Tidalwave asked.

"Oh, uh... nothing important".

"Okay then." said Tidalwave giving Sapphire a glare.

Sapphire saw sand stir in the distance like a fight was going on. A Sandwing flew from where she had saw the sand stir. Everyone stopped and flew down to see. Sapphire caught up to them, her talons touched the sand. A Sandwing raced up to them, and went behind Shadowhorn.

"Who are you and what happened down there?" Shadowhorn asked.

"I'm Pyramid and uh... that was kinda a fight" The strange dragon said.

"A fight!" Blackstar said, "Where!?".

"Uh down there duh he just came down from there" Eclipse said.

"Oh yeah uh oops, I couldn't see because it was to the right of me." Blackstar said.

"Uh-huh" Shadowhorn said sarcastically. Wow I really can't tell if they're friends Shadowhorn and Blackstar seem like friends to me hmm, Sapphire thought about it for a while repeating the words she thought in her mind over and over. Why do I care so much any way.

"Who was it with" Sapphire asked Pyramid. It sounds like Pyramid is weak! I mean, running away from a dragonet? Seriously? Sapphire thought.

"Um, it was a nightwing dragonet, he was weird, he asked what time it was and he threatened to tell his tribe that I was being bad or something if I don't tell him about somebody named, Black something. he said his name was Eternity." Pyramid said.

"Eternity! What? how did he get to this time! " Blackstar said ,

"What do you mean!" Shadowhorn asked.

"He wasn't from ten years ago was he?" Stormgrazer asked.

"Yes he is from ten years ago! My old friend must have time traveled with my time warper that I thought was destroyed during the great bombing!" Blackstar said.

"He said he was looking for StarBlack or Starie." Pyramid said as he put on a face that expressed of just remembering.

"Blackstar, and did you seriously just say my name wrong twice... wow." Blackstar exclaimed.

"Uh sorry I have a bad memory" Pyramid said.

"Same, I can also relate to that but I don't forget dragons names I forget places." Blackstar said.

"It's okay this dragon does not have a good memory either". Shadowhorn said pointing at Tidalwave.

"Hey!" Tidalwave yelled. "I do have a good memory!",

"Oh really what type of dragon am I?",

"Uh... a Icewing?" Tidalwave said.

"Nope, Icewing and Nightwing!" Shadowhorn said.

"Uh, I got half of you right" Tidalwave said.

"Really only half? I want my whole body not half of it!" Shadowhorn yelled. Sapphire overheard Eclipse snicker quietly.

"How do you forget that, he has so much black spots on him, look his horns have black at the end of them too" Stormgrazer said.

"Oh I thought that was the reason his parents named him Shadowhorn". Tidalwave said."Because he was a black-ish icewing."

"You guys" Pyramid said, "You guys", Nobody heard him except for Sapphire. " You guys!" Pyramid yelled.

"What?" Eclipse said. "Seriously dragons these days." Sapphire saw her lean on where Blackstar would be. "Right Blackstar?" She almost fell on the sand.

"Where did he go?" Sapphire said looking around.
