Chapter eighteen (Eclipse)

Eclipse looked at the unraveled scroll. She landed with Apocalypse and Stormgrazer. Ok, Blackstar's prophecy. Lets see. Eclipse thought. She saw Apocalypse and Stormgrazer lean over, trying to see what was on the prophecy.

"Do you mind?" Eclipse snapped at them both. They scooted a little bit away. "Better." Eclipse said. She looked for the first line, the writing was bunched together like the dragon who wrote it was writing it very fast. Eclipse squinted, trying make out the writing. She finally made the first verse. "Okay here it is, the first verse." She said.

"Seven dragonets must hear the call, one reaper will make Pyrrhia fall," Eclipse started. Well the first verse isn't really exact. She thought. She read on.

"For the dragonets can't delay their time, They will see future in a devastating rhyme, Beware the one who can enchant." Huh seems like the seven dragonets are gonna stop a huge fight. Eclipse thought. She read on.

"They will make an evil grant, For theyŕe the one for all to fear, Unless they find the golden tear." What? Does it mean the Enchanted Golden Pool in Siradia? Eclipse thought.

"A purple egg with an animus inside, One egg with two will change the tide, One with a mix of black and white, one part dark one part light, A flaming egg with of another kind, A bright Rainwing that will change your mind, A stormy egg that will be advising, These dragons are arising, One time in the land of ice, The dragonets will will not suffice, She will bend your minds and serve caster, But keep in mind you cannot recast her, They will search for the pool of gold, A legend who can turn young from old," Eclipse stopped. WHAT? She thought.

"They will search for it, they might fail, This failure might end their tale, With eggs born on a three moon night, Watch their destinies take a flight." Eclipse stared at the scroll. Eclipse stopped she heard wing beats, she turned around and saw Blackstar take down Apocalypse and Stormgrazer. Eclipse flew back.

"A dragonet may have fear, When they are searching for a friend near, This one is finally realizing, That the Dragons are rising." Blackstar finished. But she didn't see that he didn't write about the failing part. He glared at her. "Why were you spying on us?" He barked. The little dragonet flew next to Blackstar, panting. The dragonet stood up in a fashion that would make any dragon think that that dragonet was a soldier in training.

"Well I don't know maybe I wanted to learn more about your little prophecy." Eclipse snapped back, she pushed Blackstar off of Apocalypse and Stormgrazer. She caught Blackstar's glare and she glared back. "And maybe not come and flipp'n attack us!" Eclipse Roared. She looked at the dragonet and her glare softened. "Your name is Eternity correct?" She said to the dragonet. The dragonet nodded.

"Ummm.... Yeah.... Your.... Halo- I mean Eclipse right!" Eternity said back, he kinda bowed. Eclipse rolled her eyes.

"Yes I am the one called her highness." Eclipse said with a little bit of a annoyance in her voice. "But in Phyrra just call me Eclipse." The dragonet nodded, and kinda moved closer to Blackstar, like Eclipse was going to yell and point to Eternity, 'GUARDS GRAB THAT FAT GRUB OF A DRAGON AND THROW HIM IN THE DEEPEST DUNGEON!' Eclipse rolled her eyes at the idea of it.

"Well if you're ready to go I am." Blackstar said.

"Go?" Asked Eclipse. "Go where??".

"To the Ice Kingdom." Blackstar said plainly. Oh yeah! She had totally forgot all about going to the Ice Kingdom. "I could use one of my skyfire-like stones. I just have to use the other one to in order - " Blackstar couldn't finish because Stormgrazer interrupted.

"- To turbo it!" Stormgrazer finished.

"Not exactly but you're on the right track." Blackstar replied. "I need to enchant both of them to allow up to 5 dragons or creatures to warp at once. That way all of us can warp anywhere." It was how Blackstar said "anywhere" that made Eclipse feel that Blackstar was gonna be engulfed up by is greed for power even though he was to self-less to do so. Eclipse looked at him and smiled pushing that thought out of her mind. She rubbed her ruby-like stone and looked up nighttime was close the sun was starting to set. Wait for us. Eclipse thought. Wait for us to come.
