"I can't believe this!" Izzy yelled in anger.
"After all of our hard work, they just rip what could have been the greatest day of our lives right from underneath us!" Elly growled, and the rest of the Junior A Troupers followed in their Dance Captain's footsteps and started talking about how unfair it was that they weren't going to Regionals.
"Guys," Kate started, "I know you're all upset but-"
"No!" Izzy yelled, cutting her Studio Head off in her anger, "whatever you have to say Miss Kate, with all due respect, I'm pretty sure it's not going to help!"
Before anyone could say anything else, Izzy stormed out of Studio A, with Elly following right behind.
The other four Junior A Troupers all quickly left as well, deciding to just to go home since their day was ruined.
As A Troupe, 'The Gang' and Miss Kate all glanced at each other worriedly, Allison spoke up.
"Why would they just disband all Junior A Troupes all over the world? It doesn't make sense."
"Well," Kate started, "from what I've heard, the idea of having two teams going to competitions was putting a lot of pressure on a lot of studios around the world. Two weeks ago in England one of their Junior Regionals was so unorganized and was complete chaos, but the board thought it was just a one time thing. But last week Japan had one of their Junior Regionals and it ended in disaster, and last night in Australia was the last straw. The board realised what the two competitions was doing to all the studios, and realised that it was best to disband the Junior A Troupes."
Everyone in the room nodded in understanding, but they still felt sad for the former Junior A Troupers.
Michelle and Allison then both shared a glance and nodded at each other, talking with their eyes.
"Um, Miss Kate?" Allison asked, making the Studio Head turn to her. "Is it alright if Michelle and I leave? Izzy needs us right now."
Kate nodded in understanding. "Of course. In fact, everyone is free to leave, but if some of you wouldn't mind checking on the former Junior A Troupers and see how they're doing, that would be great."

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight," Elly puffed out while counting her pirouettes in Studio B, but stumbled on the eighth one. She normally could go higher, but her frustration was getting the better of her today.
"Hey," Jordan greeted as he walked into Studio B. Elly had always been kind of like a little sister to him, so he wanted to make sure that she was doing alright. "How're you holding up?"
"Not great." Elly admitted. "It's not fair, when I was in Baby Ballet, I couldn't wait to make A Troupe and go to all the big competitions. But once Junior A was formed, I was so excited and I thought this was finally my chance, but now I'm just back on regular J Troupe."
"You know J Troupe's not so bad, you get a chance to be a kid and still go to school in normal hours." Jordan started but winced when he saw Elly glare at him. "Okay maybe I shouldn't have added the school part in there, but you get what I'm trying to say, right?"
Elly nodded. "Yeah I understand what you're getting at. I'm going to work so hard so I can make A Troupe when the day comes."
Jordan grinned at Elly's attitude and patted her on the back. "That's a great idea, and you know what? You're definitely A Troupe material. You'll make the team in no time."

As Noah walked into Culture Shock he spotted his best friend sitting at a table alone and made his way over to her.
"Hey." Noah greeted as Richelle looked up from her phone and smiled at him.
"Hey." Richelle parroted back while putting her phone back in her pocket. "It's pretty sad about what happened, huh?"
"Yeah," Noah agreed, "I feel so bad for Junior A Troupe, or I guess J Troupe now."
"Did you see how excited they all were? It's not fair!" Richelle stated. "If there was any chance of Junior Regionals being a big mess, they should have known that from the start and not have done it all instead of giving children hope and then crushing their dreams."
"I know," Noah said, shaking his head, "imagine if that happened while we were in J Troupe, we'd be crushed."
"Are you kidding me? We'd be furious! The board is so stupid. But what can we even do to make it better for the J Troupers?"
"I guess we just have to be there for them, and let them know that they're not alone." Noah stated, and Richelle nodded in agreement.

"Izzy?" Allison and Michelle both called out in search for their youngest sister. They were roaming the halls of the building when they heard a frustrated scream come from The Music Room, and they both instantly knew who it was.
As soon as the girls ran into The Music Room they spotted their sister pacing the room in anger and frustration while pulling at her hair.
"Izzy." Michelle said softly in relief that they found her.
Izzy looked up from the floor in surprise and her two older sisters could immediately see her red rimmed.
"Izzy." Allison parroted, giving the younger girl a hug as her chest tightened at the fact that her sister was so upset.
Michelle walked over as well, joining the hug.
"It's not fair." Izzy muttered quietly, but the girls heard her.
"We know." Michelle said comfortingly." Kate said we could all go home, so how about you guys come over to my apartment for the rest of the day?"
"Can we watch Brooklyn Nine Nine?" Izzy asked quietly and Michelle and Allison both laughed. "Sure, whatever you want."
